The court has to decide whether Ethan is guilty of the crime as stated, not whether the victim deserved it post-hoc.

I just hope Ralph keeps talking. I can promise you the prosecution team is watching the stream to see how he is reacting to all of this, which is guaranteed to be used against him in court.

There is a tweet she made in which she says she would press charges if there was money being made off of it, which would be noted. Ill have a look through the thread later and edit the post with it

Don't get me wrong, he's fucking batshit insane. I just feel like I'd have a good conversation with him at like 3 am at the end of a house party in college. Maybe during that conversation I would be in some kind of danger, but the conversation would be a good one.

I suppose by 'endearing' I mean he's endearing like a cute tv moment with that chimp that ate that lady's face that one time. Yeah, that chimp is going to eat someone's face some day, sure, but it's still a fun animal to watch.

This was said in relation to playing wack-a-mole with porn sites like pornhub. She would file suit if they were making money off of her revenge porn tape. Not that she would file suit against Ralph if there was a buck to be made.

Why she pressed charges doesn't matter to a criminal case, she said he had permission to record, and at the time she had no idea that he was the one distributing it. He told her, after she got out of a mental ward, that he was hacked, and she fell for it. They only need a psychologist on stand to explain what gaslighting is and the judge is gonna look at him a lot more sternly.
 
Does this mean that video of Ralph's 2 incher is going to become a part of the public record in VA? Imagine how many people have now watched that shit: law enforcement, a prosecutor, his defense attorney... Is there any way we can pay for a jury trial on this thing? After all, one of the defenses his attorney is going to try to use is that she was not recognizable in the video... is video recording allowed inside VA court rooms?
