Nothing good. estrogen is not some magic beauty pill. The first most obvious side effect is weight gain. If you don't want to look like an potato you have to really discipline yourself to not overeat. If you are already a fat ass, well...

Then of course there are other risks like blood clots and wat not. If he is getting HRT then the fat fuck is greatly increasing his risk of an heart attack or stroke.

Sadly, a good chunk of Doctors just do the bare minimum informed consent then pray method these days.

Too many LGBT groups will brigade and go after medical licenses if they don't get immediate access to HRT. Even when the physician recommends other methods before full blown gender reassignment.

Casterato were created for art. Their voices were revered and even if it was fucked up to cut the balls off of young boys it did at least ensure they had a job and elevated position within Vatican choirs for the rest of their lives. Most Lefty guys seem to hate and fear their natural sex drives, which of course only leads to repression and resentment, so I can see trooning out to finally get rid of all those icky fleshy desires.

Applewhite or whatever that loonie's name was just insane in general, so I'm not surprised he lobbed his nuts off.

Leftism is first and foremost associated with being unable to take care of yourself, so It's not shocking that 73% of leftist men don't want to be a man (the natural desire of being a man is to fend for yourself)

Oh Applewhite was a special sort of crazy, no doubt about that. But his crazy was partly informed by his complex about his own homosexuality. Not saying that being straight would have saved the poor damned loonie, just that maybe he'd have been beamed up to the Mothership with his nuts unshucked.
