While people have mentioned other health risks, I'm going to be the one who makes mention of the potential increased risk of breast cancer that could happen. Not noteworthy in and of itself, but considering surgeons will reject doing surgery on patients who are too obese considering it can endanger the patients health to be put under, that could lead to an unfortunate situation.

No need, troons claim dead people were really trans all the time. Drag queens like Marsha P Johnson (who was pretty vocal in life about being a gay man), rock stars who wore skirts or makeup like Kurt Cobain, women who disguised themselves as men so they could have careers or be with other women like Joan of Arc or James Barry, all of them are trans now. You could make a case for it I guess with the numbers of troons who stream now, clearly they were always there but closeted.

There is no fucking way a doctor perscribed Jim any sort of hormone treatment that could increase his risk of a blood clot while he's that fat of a fuck.
 
from sterling you could surely get 110kg after skinning but after grilling youd get maybe 60kg of meat because a lot of is fat and fat burns down.
