specific to coffee county, what was the human error? not generally for a general election but for this very specific thing i am arguing. you have a habit of not addressing what im arguing.

electors meet monday, is ga going to send electors despite an ongoing investigation?

if we're having a good faith debate there's no reason to doubt my claim that i'd be satisfied.

a recount recounts the ballots, that are in question. which is why i am asking for a very specific thing to address those concerns.
Specific to coffee county? GA is investigating it; I don't know what they've found. I pointed out that your Wayne County bombshell is a normal part of every single election.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are minor imbalances in the poll books in coffee county, either!

GA will send electors despite the investigation unless a court forces them not to by that point. Not only does the reading of safe harbor suggest that they may already be unable to do anything (it would be argued), but they have to send electors on that date. A court forcing GA to contest their election would throw it to the legislature to nominate their electors rather than relying on the election itself.

We're not having a "good faith debate." You're talking about the government spending thousands to millions of dollars, thousands of manhours, and exposing the entire process to a fuckton of human error in trying to match ballots up to the envelopes that they were pulled from for this recount. To get such a thing, you need a little more than "good faith" - you need to show real evidence that suggests the real possibility that some of those ballots are illegal or invalid. That ain't happened - that's what the current outstanding GA investigation is trying to find.

The thing about these procedural lawsuits is that, even if you win, no court is actually going to order any changes in the election that has already taken place. People voted in good faith in the manner that their government provided. No judge is going to throw ballots out because they were filed in a way found to be improper, especially since it's impossible to determine which ballots this actually applies to at this point. All that's going to happen is that the procedures are going to change for the next election.

Only lawsuits that allege massive criminal fraud can possibly alter the election at this late date, which is a problem because there's not a single iota of evidence that large scale fraud took place.
Yep and it'd look super bad to say "Yeah, you voted in the way that your government provided you and in good faith, but oops, they fucked up, so your vote is gone!". There's no way they'd do that

Rudy, just let it go. It's gone. It's over.

While the globalists in this thread are too busy posting "I am not mad! Let me remind you trump-humpers every 15 minutes why it is YOU, not me, that has the buttmad" I will post some pertinent content.

There's something very touching about the people in this thread insisting that there's nothing wrong with the election and that America will just go on as it has before as eventually the supermajority of Trump voters who think it was rigged will get convinced by the likes of CNN and AP that everything is fine, despite the fact that those same sources completely failed to convince them not to vote for Trump
Maybe a small hard core of them will always remember it, and it'll become a piece of right-wing deep lore like the 1960 election being rigged.
