This means the republicans literally cannot possibly ask for an audit on a red state, the Dems can (and haven't by the by), third parties can, but the republicans simply cannot do anything, their cases would immediately get thrown out for lack of harm alledged. If you don't like it, you can go ahead and bitch to the founding fathers, they wrote the law that way so the courts wouldn't waste time airing grievances if they couldn't do anything to fix them to begin with, that's just how american law works.

2-For someone trying to compare your opponents to 2016 dems, it's your side spewing forth massive amounts of fucking salt and reeing at people for disagreeing, you really have no self awareness here. It felt like but at politics you have to remember that its always rigged from the start. Trump was proven to be just another politician via his presidency, so much for the outsider that would drain the swamp.
