The Right doesn't want a civil war. Have you been paying attention ITT? If anything, they're preparing for a civil war, with much trepidation, because they know liberals don't go a week without circlejerking to the idea of murdering all Republicans and taking their kids as sex slaves (don't give me any coy little denials, you know I am right on this).

I was talking in forms of pure political ideology, which many people have. If you truly don’t believe in what is written in the Constitution, what’s the point in following it? Also, appeals to authority don’t work with me. I can think for myself and I don’t need others to tell me what to believe. I prefer the method of looking at what’s there and making my own decisions. In fact, too many people not thinking for themselves is exactly why we’re in this mess in the first place. A complacent populace is one that is vulnerable and easily swayed.

Actual answer: "It'd really suck if states were suing each other all the time over political elections."

The law no longer matters. So lawyers are out of a job.
Political analysts and the like are out of a job.
