So mandated funding of hcbus, pardoning innocent black people that were locked up by biden's crime bill and kamala's prosecution background and the lowest black unemployment made things worse.
People care more what one says and image they portray then what they actually do.

Apparently Giuliani has been making statements about how "these lawsuits are not over yet!" tonight.

I'm sure that Trump is going to try to do everything he can not to concede ... But I just don't see how his legal team holds any sort of relevance in Trump's remaining options at this point.
Giuliani also said that the Democrats have been passing out USB PORTS around like heroin.

The US Constitution is only as good as the people. If people believe that you can defy the Constitution in the name of safety, then it is pretty much useless. If you look at all the governors and mayors that have become full authoritarians, so much at to disregard voting procedures and amendments in the Constitution, we have more problems on our hands than merely elections. If enough people don’t actually believe in the tenets of the Constitution, it is meaningless, as not enough people would be willing to enforce it.
Good thing you know more about what is constitutional than the supreme court does

I'm just gonna revel in the Biden regret that's already been expressed by his voters. I feel a thread coming, though I'm too lazy to start one.
They'll fall in line. Even after he dies, they'll line up for blocks to jerk off his corpse at the viewing. He defeated the Orange Menace. The apoplectic sobbing and bawling that will come from the soybeards and troons when he croaks will make Kim Il-Sung's funeral look jubilant.

Why the fuck did this man put THE FATE OF OUR DEMOCRACY™ in the hands of fucking Rudy Giuliani, Jesus fucking Christ

I'm looking forward to bugmen BAWWWWing that Biden's inauguration didn't suddenly cause covid to disappear, and Antifa/BLM spooks reeeeeing as they get reined in by their Democrat overlords.
Let's calm down on these dreams of dunking on the left for bawwwing and reeeeing because they don't like Biden until the right at least unpisses their pants and admits they aren't really going to start a civil war.

It's not really about the Constitution but about the laws and structures that have developed from it. The governors act like authoritarian scum because there's no constitutional law telling them that they can't even though a cursory reading of the document would strongly suggest that they can't. The same goes for the Democrats as a whole: they will ignore Constitutional Law when it doesn't explicitly forbid them from doing something, or will twist its meaning to get the results they want, but they won't openly ignore an explicit prohibition (at least not blatantly), because if they start doing that, they begin to actually lose the basis for their power. The Democrats need the system because it is the primary foundation for their power, and while the fringe retards don't understand this, the ones at the top of the pyramid definitely do.

Because as long as there's some bizarre legal theory by which Trump can still win, Trump can continue collecting money for his scam fund and the RNC.

If he just admits Biden won, and there's nothing to be done, that severely impacts fundraising potential.

That is what it's been about for a month. That's why no serious lawyers have been involved in any of these lolsuits, it's just been grifters who happen to have law degrees working Trump's legal scam for clout and what money they can claw out of him.

It's a hard lesson to learn but one that people apparently need to be reminded of : these politicians don't care about you. Elections are nothing more than a show meant to give people the illusion that they have any choice in the system.
Lets do a little thought experiment; you elect the candidate you want in any given election. What's to stop that candidate from fucking you over as soon as he or she gets in office? Once the president gets in, what real recourse do you have if they break every single promise and don't deliver, not because they can't but because they never meant to deliver in the first place?
Even if we were to assume that the people who voted for said president felt betrayed and wanted to hold him accountable, who's to say that they'll remember the slight in time for re-election, especially against an opponent who is framed as "worse" in a false dialectic?

Just remember, these people belong to an elite club, and you ain't in it

America-first economic policy: Sure, but you gotta be realistic with how you do it. The way Trump was doing it (tariffs) doesn't work.
I see this issue as probably the most important one. I admit I'm not an economist, but it seems like there aren't many options available from a policy standpoint to cut off outsourcing other than things like tariffs or lopsided trade treaties. Globalism really has hollowed out massive swathes of America, and it's an enormous problem. I've not seen the Democratic party offer much to communities that have been affected by it other than half-baked "learn to code" platitudes or facile statements about how the world is changing. One thing I'm certain of is that the answer doesn't lie in allowing our megacorporations to run hog wild and treat the entire world like plantation masters who only give a fuck about quarterly earnings. Biden's relationship with this economic class does not inspire confidence that he will do anything other than assist them in their global profiteering. I'll grant you that Trump wasn't much better, but at least the rhetoric he espoused resonated with alot of people for a very good reason: they need help and nobody is giving it to them.

Wokeism: Overly wokeism is stupid and annoying but I am vehemently against racism, sexism and homophobia.
Surely you recognize that what consitutes "racism, sexism, and homophobia" has been changing at an ever-increasing rate, and the social penalties for not conforming with whatever the current zeitgeist happens to be have been getting more and more severe. This fanaticism is a real problem that needs to be addressed and the Democratic leadership is playing with fire in giving it such widespread national influence.

The left may sometimes eat its own, but these MAGA temper tantrums are gonna mend a lot of those fences
