This is when your AMH gene is mutated, so your testes don't produce the AMH that would regress the upper female reproductive structures (uterus, upper vagina, cervix, fallopian tubes).
However there is a key lie in the reporting
Chanel – who came out as gay at 13 – said they "had been having a weird feeling after peeing and sex," so they went to the doctor and had an ultrasound.
“They told me that I had a cervix, ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes and that I could get pregnant if I wanted to," Chanel said of the shocking discovery.
“I actually thought it was a joke, I didn’t even know this was possible, I was like ‘haha where are the cameras?’
"Then they showed me my uterus on the screen.”
Chanel was diagnosed with the rare condition Persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (PMDS) – where a person is born with male external genitalia and internal female reproductive organs.
Doctors advised Chanel to have a hysterectomy – but she said she "always knew I wanted to be a parent," and decided "it's now or never."
Chanel then underwent fertility procedures, and had fertilized embryos implanted into her fallopian tubes.
It is not possible for him to have ovaries.
This condition affects males. This condition is DEFINED by having testes. If you have ovaries then you do not have this condition.
IF Mikey has these structures then pregnancy with an implanted embryo is maybe possible.

These are cases where an intersex person who has:
* testes
* immunity to testosterone, hence a female phenotype and female behaviour
* Mullerian structures
have had an embryo implanted.
But this here is effectively a normal male who can father children. And we're told that the doctors have stuck three embryos up his abdomen? Because he just has to have that hysterectomy now, and being pregnant at 18 is the BEST CHOICE here, not, say, 'delaying a hysterectomy', or 'impregnating a woman with his viable sperm'.

Schematically, if the uterus is fixed in the pelvis, the testes retain a high “ovarian-like” location; alternatively one or both testes may make it into the inguinal canal or the scrotum, dragging the müllerian derivatives along. Often, one testis is contained in an inguinal hernia together with the uterus and one Fallopian tube, hence the name of “hernia uteri inguinalis” given to this condition.
You can have a ball or two in the position of ovaries. But they ain't ovaries. If they were ovaries, there is no way you would have a cock.
