Yep. He was only barred for, like, a year. The trip he made where the hooker wanted $$$$ and wouldn't take his $$$ was after the ban had lifted. But the main reason he had such a hard time finding a girl to take his $$$ was because they all knew his reputation and turned him down. After bouncing around the three cul-de-sac brothels for hours, he finally found a newer girl who didn't know about Russ who took him on as a customer.

I think that because he had such a hard time the last time he went to the Reno brothels, it was a big part of why he ended up going to the cheaper Eastern Nevada brothels the last time he went brothel hopping (the time he gave his buddy a handie for the ride).

We're not sure the messages where he said he fucked a guy are real. The person who posted them refused to say how they got them and stopped posting when pressed. He did jerk off a dude as far as we can tell. Since he views all sex as transactional, it would be easy for him to justify giving a guy a handy for a ride to a brothel. He might be oppurtunistically bisexual in that he prefers women, but he'll fuck a guy if it gets him what he wants. I'm sure if he had unrestricted access to an attractive woman, he wouldn't give guys a passing thought.

I've heard this referred to as nerd gay or jailhouse gay. Normally the guy is straight, but if desperate for sex, a guy will do in a pinch. Given what we know, I doubt Russ has problems using people, so he could play games with some poor gay dude's heart to get something he wanted. Fortunately, he's so transparent, I think most people, men and women, can identify what he is without too much trouble.

So I went back through the thread recently to find these "handjob for a ride" posts and afaik they were publicly posted Yelp reviews from an account confirmed to belong to Russ.

I thought the only doubt came from whether or not a troll got hold of his password and posted it on his account because the posts were just too perfect and milky for some kiwis to believe it was real. Unless I'm misremembering or I just completely missed something in that section of the thread, the account that posted it definitely belonged to Russell at one point in time.

That account has belonged to Russ since 2013, and he verified that it's his by linking that brothel review (with the handjob part edited out) on his Facebook to openly declare his pride in his "lifestyle."

The doubt is about the posts that were supposedly a convo between Russ and a poster here about him getting buttfucked by his gay friend. The OP wouldn’t say how they got the messages, ignoring any questions. Separate from the Yelp handjob story

Can't find the point in the thread right now but there was also a reddit account, purported to be Russ, where he claims to be bi. The poster was complaining about gay guys discriminating against his disability on hook up apps.

Beyond being transparently awful, he's also grotesquely unappealing on a purely physical basis. Even if he were subtle about being a piece of shit human, there isn't a snowball's chance he'd ever be in a position to play games with a gay dude.

I've been reading this thread since before the book was released and have kept an eye on it ever since but sometimes it goes crazy fast. Can anybody just give a quick explanation behind "magical star buddy"? It doesn't show up like the other beloved Russell memes in this thread nearly every page or three.
