Remember that he tried to throw everyone off his trail by putting that he works for Geico on his Facebook page, so he may indeed think he's being crafty and "owning the haters." If he really did move, it's beyond dumb to do so unnecessarily in the middle of a pandemic with the job market in shambles... but I wouldn't expect anything less than complete idiocy from Russ.

Russell's ego is so fragile that he literally can't handle it when an attractive woman doesn't give him what he wants. He just has to get back at her, even in the most petty way imaginable. He cannot handle the idea of a woman in a position of authority over him. I would love to see Russ try to argue one of his lolsuits in front of a female judge, or possibly against a female attorney like Skye. I truly hope one of these days Russell gets his ass handed to him by a woman in a legal setting. But seriously, he wouldn't care if Shantal weren't a pretty young woman. I wonder if he only wanted to rent there because she looks cute and he thinks if he lives there he can hit on her all day, and now he's upset that she shattered his fantasy before it ever got started.
That's what I've noticed too, when he leaves these reviews he acts like he's won some sort of battle. Because even without context, without knowing anything about Russ, if you read that review you'd think he was just a bitter asshole. He's complaining about getting denied for a perfectly legitimate reason, and being incredibly petty by calling out the person by her name. But in Russell's mind, he showed that stuck up bitch for discriminating against him.
I would love to see him get smacked down by a female authority figure. I think Skye did sorta wipe the floor with him by standing up to his attempts to bully her. I wonder if he realizes that when he 1 stars a place for not hiring him they get it removed because he's not a customer. Those ratings are for customers, not weirdos with a grudge.
