Absolutely. During WW2 Jim Crow segregation was in force but Hitler was still widely despised. There's never been any real love for Nazism, even among white supremacists.
I love the fact that people here are getting their political insights from some guy with autism voice talking about Raid: Shadow Legends. You'd almost be better off with CNN. At least they don't think the world is a video game.

I never thought that the late 2010s of SJW culture would lead to THIS.
I understand that the 2000s started bad with 9/11. But this in particular feels like 9/11 cranked to the max.
Now with this election, things will really turn the course for social change. A cultural shift cannot happen soon enough.

I think there's still hope woke culture will die out even under a Biden win, but it will take a bit longer and likely die out in the late 2020's/early 2030's instead of the early-mid 2020's if Trump somehow lucks out at the last possible nanosecond and gets in via the Supreme Court.
The GOP still controls the Senate and is due to flip the House in their favor even with all the fraud going on and Trump and McConnell have stacked the federal courts heavily against the left, so Biden/Kamala will be a lame duck when they get in at least until the 2022 midterms.
Oddly enough, I also think that COVID-19 will actually work against Woke Leftism in the long run because of all the sheer damage it's done to the economy all over the world. People will be pissed no matter who wins and it's all so blatant that even liberals and normies are questioning everything and trying to figure out what the hell's going on.
If they want the bread and circuses to keep working, the bigwigs will probably kill woke culture in the big name projects and try to win back the masses and get them to take their soma again. Especially if Eternals or another MCU film outright bombs at the box office, since that'll be one of those bellwether events that tells the corporations to change course and prevent further losses. Disney will likely never collapse but they're hurting badly because of Corona and I think they'll quietly shift gears if it gets bad enough so they can prevent having to sell off any of their ill-gotten gains from the Iger era.
This may sound like cope but even if Biden gets in and tries to repair the bridge with China, they've been wracked by the pandemic, severe flooding and severe droughts. There's rumors of food shortages in the Chinese mainland as well and IIRC, Three Gorges Dam narrowly averted disaster this year and only because the CCP destroyed all the other smaller dams and levees to cause mass flooding elsewhere.
Meteorological forecasts predict that the rainy seasons next year will be worse. If the floods next year are even half as bad as they were this year, China is imperially fucked no matter what.
TLDR-Even under a Biden presidency, the Woke Left will die out eventually. It may take longer if he gets in but they'll instead be more like the Religious Right in the later Clinton years and the Bush years where they'll be a major force in the Democratic Party but otherwise in a state of decline as the rest of the country turns on them.
SJW's and communists are little more than pawns and useful idiots for the corporatists that really run shit and the Woke Left will be discarded once they're no longer profitable or are too much of a liability.

It will be because it's all anchored on an exclusively Western frame of references.
Even ardent ChiComs refer to the Woke Left as baizuo (White Left) and mock them for their hipster tendencies and pretentiousness
Not only that, but the Woke Left's core views are almost all from an Anglosphere perspective and mostly an American one to boot, with its emphasis on "muh chattel slavery" and "muh colonialism" combined with an intensely anti-Christian mindset thanks to the Religious Right fucking around with help from their neocon handlers in the 80's and 90's
The European Woke Left is mainly the result of Germany and the Nordic countries fucking over the rest of Europe because Germany's got this intense self-hatred complex because of WWII and Sweden's always been a country full of moonbats. France is also full of moonbats but not quite to the same degree of severity as Sweden and stuff like Marie Le Pen and the Yellow Vests riots proved the French were at least willing to fight back, unlike the eagerly supportive Swedes and Germans.

That's good. Sometimes I worry mainstream wokethink could spread to the rest of the world, when I see stuff like isolated "woke" incidents in Japan, or Wikipedia articles on "woke" concepts in non-Western languages. But just because there's Western influence on the rest of the world doesn't necessarily mean said influence is mainstream.

I wonder who writes those articles. I'm guessing it's either Westerners who learned the languages for some reason, but failed to learn anything about the culture in the process, or Westernized diaspora from these places who've picked up the baizuo mentality. Seriously, I don't understand how someone can go years learning a language like Japanese and not manage to understand how the culture is fundamentally very different and never make any attempt to assimilate to it.
I always took baizuo to be a word mocking liberals with a White Savior complex, especially ones that try to lecture Chinese. I dunno though. For how unwarranted their pride in the CCP is, I guess a broken clock's still right twice a day.

I think it's both foreigners trying to "stir the pot", and a minority of locals who buy into "wokethink". Often the content is more or less a translation of the English articles.
I've mentioned I heard the endgame is to make people enslaved in a cybernetic network - like The Matrix or the Borg IRL. The interest in "transhumanism" and predictions* of "Humanity 2.0", as well as a Q&A on the future with Zoltan Istvan, and also "The Prometheus Project"** have been cited as evidence. Also, Westerners seem to be conditioned to think that one way or another, man can become like God or make a utopia through science (which would explain the almost religious reverence people have for it - especially now with coronapanic).
If true, expect things to only get worse, and tech to get ever more pervasive and invasive, as long as the elite can keep at it.

I honestly see a Biden win as having the potential to rip apart the woke left. The Dems are essentially locked into two separate categories by generation. We have Sex, Drugs, Money, Rock n Roll, Free Speech, and fun with the Gen X old guard, and we have complete Commine SJW losers given to us by the new guard of Millenials and early Gen Z. Trump has poured out the wokesters big time this year, to the point where the news cannot hide them anymore. Gen X knows about the looting, the cancel culture, and the crazy education demands woke us putting forth. In 2016, the news was able to spin them as heroes because Gen X does not use the internet outside of FaceBook primarily. They were not exposed to much of what we saw in 2015-2019, so they took all liberal ideas as gospel.
Seeing them now have exposure, they do not seem okay with these big things. They hate the education ideas, the riots, and cancel culture just like we do. Trump is the only factor that truly associates the SJWs with neoLiberals of old, and the more the older gens see that, the more opposed they will be. They are a Gen built on nostalgia for 80s, 90s, and Obama. Bernie, even with him being the better of the progressives, was far too much for them and they want to stay in this bubble of Obama/Clinton. I think a falling out will occur between the two gens over the direction of the party which might be the big kill for the Dems. Once more, Trump held them together, those who are scared of Bernie wanted him only if it meant beating Trump. Now that Orange man is gone, expect the party to go to war to keep men like Biden in power or have AOC be supreme dictator. Progressives want to take out Biden and stir chaos in the party. There is no more Orange man, X TDSers are no longer bound to these crazies and can and likely will try to remove them as time goes on.
As for Gen Z and the next, they will likely be an inverse of the above. Gen Z is given the more moderate politics of the X generation, but with a slight right lean the further you go down. The generation raised by Millenials will likely be super right given the downright abusive practices they shove onto them. Their trans garbage is just as bad as old religious, the kids will resent them and their politics.

The craziest scenario would be a four way split between
Moderate democrats who detest socialism and woke shit
Neolibs who detest socialism but pay lip service to woke shit
Socialists who hate or at least want to move focus away from idpol and onto actual policy

Actually, this is likely the most logical scenario. You kinda covered all bases.
The Woke left, or Millenial will probably fit the last two categories.
Bernie got tons of support in 2016 from a more moderate Dem base, and Tulsi and Yang got the same audience of 2000 Dem, modern Republican, basically moderate audience. There were quite a bit of anti-SJW Bernie supporters like Shoe, that simply wanted a big change, screw the DNC candidate.
They will likely end up battling it out with the new Floyd rioter Socialists that are way more extreme than them and most likely did not even like Bernie till they got stuck with Joe. Remember, there were many articles and Twitter posts calling Bernie a sexist for going against Hill Dog, and many hated Tulsi because she ruined black queen Kamala Harris’s campaign. There is certainly a split in the progressive ideology where some just want the more moderate Bernie, Tulsi, Yang ideas without extreme communism or identity politics.
The Gen X Dems make up the top two primarily.
To sum them up, at worst they just go along with some things like chanting BLM. They very rarely ever seem to interested in actually making any change, hence why even though they will whine about us needing to go full green energy and how our health care should be like the rest of the world, they will never elect a Bernie even though he offers those things. They really just want feel good stuff. They like Obama because they never heard much about him in the news and he never did any huge changes after healthcare. He kept life simple and his semi-green world of a few windmills and solar panels made them feel like they made a difference. Even if they pay lip service, the second it really starts intruding on their lives is the second they drop it. They are done being revolutionaries and just want to sit back and indulge in tv.

personally the fucking first year of the 2020s hasn't been all roses in my opinion, first there was the virus, of course, then i've been indoors for six months and not only that but my fucking school went bankrupt and i'll have to enroll into another one next year which sucks in some ways, could have been worse but also could have been better

I'm losing hope as well because of the election, I see where this is going to go, more resentment between the left and the right, more confidence lost in the system, more ugliness, more anger, more hate, it's all so tiresome.
I do hold out some hope that pop culture may get better as people get more of a genuine desire for escapism, as well as the 20 year nostalgic cycle for the 2000s kicking in and people wanting to bring back some of the vibe pop culture had back then, but American society seems well and truly broken.

I do have to say I take back some of what I said over in the TDS thread. This is already the time of year depression kicks in for me anyway but it's worse with all this bullshit but at least other Republicans are getting onboard with Trump. Particularly Lindsay Graham. It appears they might not be folding like I initially thought.
