Ive decided to delve into the autistic shithole that is archie sonic and Im now 63 issues in. I was considering just skipping to the Flynn era but then I read the drug overdose story arc... Im now in it for the long run. If penders releases his fanfiction before 160 Im going to read it before jumping into the Flynn era. It should serve as a nice coda.

Ken just released the first title page of The Lara-Su Chronicles, he still spells it with all caps.

So Ive been reading the archie sonic comics because I hate myself and Ive reached the start of the adventure adaptation. Its pretty autistic and some of the art is some fucking cursed shit but Karl Bollers has so far been able to keep Pender's autism from fully overtaking the book. The knuckles spin off comic is pure unrestrtained Penders however and is just... WHY. Its honestly such a fucking trainwreck with art that ranges from decent to godawful from page to page and its very bizzare political commentary,
