Same. It seems like a lot of the time, people have unrealistic expectations about stinkditches, and those come in part from the internet and partly from the surgeons. And the surgery itself is a horrorshow. I just can't help but think it's intentional, with the goal to be leave them mutilated and in agony so they put themselves down. See also operating on fat male AGPs. More likely to croak on the table. Oh noes, boohoos, so sad.
 
I don’t think the horribly botched results are intentional so much as GRS surgeons are just amoral con artists who know that their clientele will never ever speak ill of GRS in general and for the most part won’t ever give bad reviews to individual docs due to pressure from the troon community to make everything seem like roses.
 
I personally think the GRS surgeons have a god complex and have the ethics of Nazi doctors. I mean, they make it to where patients can't sue them when surgery goes wrong, they have willing guinea pigs to experiment on, and no one can speak against them, lest they be deemed transphobic or bigoted.

Never before would unnecessary surgeries with high complication rates, huge numbers of botched surgeries, doctors fucking ghosting their patients if shit goes bad, and other doctors refusing to correct someone else's mistakes, because they don't know or care to know what the fuck that particular doctor actually did to the patient would be allowed or encouraged.. Hell, when a doctor does try to fix a botched job, majority of the time they just fuck it up even more, then just say, "Whoops. Welp, sorry, I did the best I could. NEXT PATIENT PLEASE!"

Fuck, these doctors will even admit to these mentally ill people that they have no idea what they're doing and basically making it up as they go, and yet these mentally ill people don't even care, they sign the form and pay the doctor because they are fucking not in their right mind. Which is why it's a bit hard for me to have sympathy for them when the surgery becomes botched. You knew the fucking doctor wasn't experienced in this, yet you still went ahead with it anyway, because heaven forbid you be forced to face reality.

And now these sick fucks are getting to experiment on teenagers, who lack the maturity or mental cognition to fully realize the consequences of these invasive surgeries. With the way things are going, I would not be surprised if younger and younger children are pushed into having these surgeries, given the lack of ethics these doctors have and society's fucking view on all this.

And if we look back to the first SRS surgery, in the 30s I believe, it sounds exactly like a mad doctor's dream come true. Not only did they rearrange the bottom bits, the motherfucking doctor even went so far as to try to put a female's internal reproductive organs in the patient, which ultimately killed him! And yet, instead of the world being horrified by this human experimentation, this is in fact lauded by society and looked upon as a great medical feat.

Honestly, if this was back in Nazi Germany, Marci Bowers and all the rest of the troon doctors would probably be working for the Nazis in the camps.

Well, to me, this just seems to be a counter to that, except this time, surgery can be performed on any baby, whether normal or intersex. Oh, mommy had a boy and really wanted a girl. CUT THAT DICK OFF!! or Mommy didn't want a girl, and wanted a boy. TAKE OUT THAT UTERUS AND OVARies AND ATTACH A FLESHDILDO THERE INSTEAD!! I mean, where is this madness going to end?

I honestly just believe that society is stupid and all these bleeding hearts truly believe that they're doing the right thing. But humoring your conspiracy theory for a moment, if they're acting nefariously in trying to remove age restrictions for those on Medicaid, it's more likely that it's in order to sterilize these kids before they produce another generation of poor kids who will need to survive off of government assistance.

Wasn't there a thing in the UK about tons of kids/teenagers detransitioning and it turns out something like 80% of them were autistic girls and now they're just sterilized? Grace Lavery is also one of those people who cannot resist dropping hints about their bedroom habits. The latest is Grace's response to the haydurs, which is posted in full on her paywalled blog. Grace is right, though. Since she came on the scene, Danny has gotten much less interesting. Even at his own wedding he was swathed in a sea of black velvet, while Grace peacocked it up. Danny's essays are personal and strange--Grace takes it further into grotesque dick-related self-revelation.

I'm also highlighting the tweet above because "mean person erotica for perverts who enjoy ruining things" is a very long way of saying "degradation fetish." She's degrading the reader, but also, implicitly, Danny, as an arch literary style, but she wants you to know she's only doing it ironically and could never ever be that mean in real life. Grace also made an oblique reference to this morbid impulse of hers in an unpublished piece from 2017 about a glass of whiskey that lights a cigarette: "smoking is cool will not help you understand (...) why the people you love most are those you go out of your way to humiliate." God what did go down between Grace and her family, I wonder?

Of course, we are T+ 2.5 months after the wedding, and things are going great in the Lavery household, despite Daniel's recent trauma and family estrangement. They're just quirky, guys!

I’d just like to point out that the botched orchi patient that I had posted is in this situation because there were several foreign bodies left in the surgical site by mistake. The doctor apparently left several plastic clips attached to the patients veins, according to them. A mistake like that seems, to me, anyway, to border on malicious.
