Why even bother with having a girlfriend after his 2nd marriage went tits up? He’s got children, he’s got money and if his spine was fucked up, just deal with that. But he wanted it all I guess... The main thing victims of domestic abuse feel is confused. That isn't how they show it on television or in movies, but its true, and it is because abusers confuse victims on purpose. I don't know if they all enjoy it or if they do it because its an effective way to control others, but it is part of how it works. Even people who are just awful partners won't do that, they will lie to try and get away with something or ask for something unfair etc, but not try to deliberately control someone by confusing them on purpose. It is a real mindfuck. What she expressed is really common around the time of exiting the relationship. She is full of shit as a person, but I don't think its a lie to have two very polarized views at once of a domestic abuser.

Lowtax is incredibly cheap. He tries to get free work and free stuff out of anyone who will listen to him. The website's code is fucked because he decided letting someone work on it for free was better than paying a competent person, and it bit him in the ass many times. Instead of paying 2 separate women to fuck him and clean his house he ended up forfeiting all the patreon money. Its the same problem, people get what they pay for (usually). He refuses to learn.

To respond to a couple of your points:

  • The video that Logan made is attached to this post. It was admittedly hard for me to find, too.
  • Logan has admitted to suffering from borderline personality disorder (BPD), though she has claimed in the past that it was cured. While the similar acronym can often get it confused with bipolar disorder, BPD is very different and is basically "being an explosively crazy, toxic, abusive piece of shit to everybody you meet disease."

SASS was taken down by weev, not sure what his motivation was other than lulz.

As fun as the various SASS offshoots could be at times, nothing will beat the sheer diversity and numbers we had with the original. There were at least 5000 people registered, maybe as many as 10k? And hundreds of active posters, some of the best first and second gen of SA who had either been banned or just became disaffected.

That was how I found SASS, I just noticed the cliquiness and heavy handed moderation increasing and found a place I could speak freely about it. I think SASS was reaching critical mass as an SA replacement where people could talk politics from both sides of the political spectrum, sports, pop culture, humor, etc.

Then weev blew it to hell and gone.
 
Thank you very much to everyone linking me to all this shit and explaining some of the behavior of everyone involved. That video of Logan was disturbing. She’s fucked up and I think she’s responsible for causing a lot of this shit but I feel really bad for her and I really hope she gets the proper help she needs, it’s just very sad what she’s been through and I really wish her the best in her recovery.

As for Lowtax, man... it’s almost like Chris Watts (that piece of shit that murdered his pregnant wife and two adorable girls), he killed what I would kill for. Let me say that again: He killed what I’d kill for. Lowtax did a lot of the same... HE HAD IT MADE, a job where everyone kisses your ass when you do NOTHING for $10k A MONTH, beautiful girlfriends and wives (hey, *I* think they’re good looking) that worshipped him and three wonderful children. I will NEVER have any of that, I was in a car accident over a decade ago, I had a good job in Silicon Valley and one day I was rear ended at a stop light and now live with a spine injury (and lots of pain) and collect Social Security Disability. It just makes me sick Lowtax had a perfect life, something I will never have now and he completely pissed it away due to his fucking ego. He should of done more to fight and keep the life he had, instead he got mad and acted like a big baby. It’s just so un-fucking-believable and sad someone could destroy all that. I think out of everyone involved Lowtax needs the most professional help.
