I heard the reason why ED shut down last year and why all of the articles are missing five years+ worth of content is because the last admin gave some retarded kid on the forums access to everything on the server and he deleted everything. Everything on the current site are articles otterparty archived in 2015.

Rekieta's stream last night was about this. (I guess he's not taking the streams down now?) The 45 minutes I watched was kinda boring, honestly, but there it is.

 
On the live stream last night, Rekieta sounded like he flat out does not believe that Dobberstein Law Group produced this.

A couple of things I notice is that for some reason the court's address on the summons is XXX'd out. It's not particularly difficult to read, however:

Also I'm puzzled at how the last page ended up with "RECEIVED" stamped on it backward.

Rekieta didn't takedown the streams, he unlisted them (because YouTube reps told Rekieta that the 3 hour streams were not helping in growing his channel and short vids and clips would). They could still be found in the monthly playlists.
It doesn't matter now, though.

I'm surprised this Kevin Mann fool didn't get a thread on The Farms.

Honestly? No idea. But Eric Dobberstein is only just the President of the State Bar of Nevada... if it's fake, I'd imagine that he'd probably find out about it, and probably wouldn't be too happy at that.

No because the "site owner" Stelmach posted this shit himself.

Stelmach has already agreed to a settlement from what I was told. Also he said on twitter "that part of my life is over" concerning the lawsuit, which I take it refers to the settlement.

Whats the current status of this lawsuit anyway?
 
Jurisdiction is actually proper for once, so there is a very low bar for lolsuit leapt over. The rest of the lawsuit though is questionable. Is he really trying to argue that its not true he is bald? Cuz the truth is the ultimate defense in defamation. Ditto for the "pedophilic tendencies". If he actually has proclivity in that direction the last thing he should want is discovery on that issue. Which may be moot because it sounds more like an opinion statement then an actual statement of fact.

Shame they are settling, ED probably would have won, but eh, can understand just wanting it over with.

It's hard to battle someone in court, especially if they have resources and you don't.

Kevin Mann contacted me after the wiki was put up. His vision of events;

The article is complete bullshit, I have never had an account on Ebaumsworld and the person they claimed wrote that stuff was not me, he only had a similar username to one I have used.
