I've seen psoriasis in person and it doesn't leave pock marks and lumps, it creates white scales.To me it looks like rosacea, especially Rhinophyma, which is a type of rosacea attacking the nose which is usually seen in older English men. Wait? Wasn't the last time she was posted she was saying she wasn't trans anymore? She went on T then stopped? Wasn't she also married to a troon? Is she now a transwidow? Her posts are so sporadic that I forget the details in between them but never the face.
One thing I do know is she DESPERATELY needs to seek out a competent dermatologist. There's no way being on T helped that, one thing that's almost 100% common in FTMs is how it completely fucks their face with acne.
