Lmao, these are perfect. Strangely enough I've never seen a troon claim to ovulate, even though ovulation is triggered by hormones and has plenty of fetishizable aspects to it like clearer skin, shinier hair, higher sex drive, body preparing for a possible pregnancy, etc. And unlike periods, there's no visible physical aspects to ovulation they'd obviously be lacking- I mean women release an egg and everything, but unlike period blood it's not something you can actually see.

If they can claim to have periods without a uterus, the what's stopping them from claiming to ovulate without ovaries? You'd think they'd be all over that.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong (I’m not) but troons on estrogen don’t have a “hormone cycle”, correct? Their estrogen levels are steady due to taking a sustained, unchanging dosage, unlike actual women who are at their estrogen level nadir when actual bleeding begins.

Almost correct! Cross sex hormones aren’t prescribed on a cycle, but some that use black market hormones claim to cycle their dose, although I see no evidence that any of them know enough about the menstrual cycle to successfully emulate it.

Estrogen is highest around ovulation and then drops away in the lead up to the bleed, with a smaller second peak half way between ovulation and bleeding.

What makes me laugh is the way tranners insist that progesterone pills make them horny, when most actual women find their libido tanks when their progesterone levels are highest (which is also the bit when they are most likely to feel fat, angry and spotty, cramps and bloated, unsurprisingly).
Women’s libidos are highest in the lead up to ovulation (when E is highest and P is lowest) because the entire point of the female reproductive cycle is to get knocked up, so of course women feel most like having sex when they are most likely to conceive. We’d have died out as a species if we didn’t.
Hormonal contraception disrupts this stuff, sometimes killing off libido entirely, something most often seen with progesterone only methods, like depo provera and the hormonal IUD. Depot provera is also used to chemically castrate Male sex offenders, funnily enough)
