Practicality can be good, but sometimes the designs look so plain, overly-casual and boring.
Somebody throw me a doughnut, I'm tired and I could use a bit of definitional assistance here.
What is perceived to be the difference between a "social justice warrior" and a person who works for and/or supports social justice causes? Like, what makes one an SJW as opposed to a person who does a lot of volunteer work for marginalised/underprivileged groups?
Somehow I doubt these rich white people would have had all the time in the world to bitch on Twitter if they lived in a country with a different economic system.
That green-bordered post - where is that angry person who says white people can't wear a kimono from? It's time for Saturday Sanity!
No doubt being tweeted from the latest iPhone.#ResistCapitalism is trending on Twitter right now. It's a treasure trove of SJW autism.
most posts on tumblr and even on youtube from people from japan are either "i don't care, whatever" or "oh that's cool"I'm also pretty sure that at least the majority of the people of Japan aren't against Western people enjoying Japanese culture per se, nor do they automatically hate white people who go there.
Have you ever seen any posts from the people of Japan that agree with certain tumblr viewpoints and call out what is seen as cultural appropriation?"i don't care, whatever" or "oh that's cool"
Anyone who is or used to be on tumblr remember mirandaadria? She once made fun of some girl's looks for disagreeing with her SJW views.
Here's her tumblr/blog -- http://blog.mirandaadria.com
Back in the day the CIA'd kidnap pretty much anybody who'd publicaly state an opinion that communism maybe wasn't possibly the work of the devil. With all these marxists running around openly infiltrating everything, why aren't Andrea Dworkin and the like being held in some storage facility in Liberia or someplace getting their toenails torn out?
i haven't, they might exist. but then again, there aren't many posts about appropriating culture from a person in the culture.Have you ever seen any posts from the people of Japan that agree with certain tumblr viewpoints and call out what is seen as cultural appropriation?

most people like it when other people learn about their culture, it reduces stereotypes. and for japan it sorts the kawaii weeaboos from people with general interest in japanese culture (i like japanese music outside of j-pop. j-pop annoys me). and if you're going to live in another country, you should try to fit in as much as you can.Wasn't there also something about japan actually having people employed to try and encourage other countries to take part in their culture? Pretty sure I've heard 'bout that.
I think I heard Mccarthy's ghost running around the streets saying how he was right all along

The government wisely started a program to support japanese cultural exports.A few years ago, on Netflix there was this Mega Man cartoon I saw that was meant to inform youngsters about the differences between Western and Japanese cultures. I think it was sponsored by the Japanese government.
