And IQ is no measure of wisdom. Since OP likes RPG metaphors, Intelligence is knowing the rain will make you wet, Wisdom is using that knowledge to step inside.

Voting tests were intended to work on those who believed in the system but thee people who instituted the tests wanted to discourage those they didn't want voting with said test. Anyone who prefers to throw bricks and firebombs to get political causes done is not one of those who believes the system is going to work as it was intended,

Wisdom is basically the English localization of Latin experience.
Hence wizard = expert. Native English word vs Latin import.
IQ is your genetic potential. In other words your skill cap, level cap.
Intelligence is also a Latin import, gifted would be the closest English location, imo.
I think the problem you're making is conflating and/or compartmentalizing native English with foreign Latin/Greek words.

They were literally just designed to exclude black people and they would often even give different tests to white people and black people.
