I looked it up and techincally. If a partner consents sex and isn't aware of STDs that they can go to jail and that it is technically a form of rape, so there is that. But these idiots don't know how bad aids can get. I remember seeing a video of a guy in the last stage dying talking about how he couldn't walk or bathe himself and his family and wife couldn't take it anymore and left him, he couldn't even eat properly and died alone. If they actually want that, I'm not gonna stop them

It's more than technically illegal. It's a serious federal crime. Penalties range all the way up to the death penalty if someone dies as a result.

Pretty unlikely with chickenpox, but deliberately mailing biohazards is no joke.

Specifically 18 U.S.C. § 1716:

(j)
(1) Whoever knowingly deposits for mailing or delivery, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail, according to the direction thereon, or at any place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, anything declared nonmailable by this section, unless in accordance with the rules and regulations authorized to be prescribed by the Postal Service, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(2) Whoever knowingly deposits for mailing or delivery, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail, according to the direction thereon or at any place to which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, anything declared nonmailable by this section, whether or not transmitted in accordance with the rules and regulations authorized to be prescribed by the Postal Service, with intent to kill or injure another, or injure the mails or other property, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
(3) Whoever is convicted of any crime prohibited by this section, which has resulted in the death of any person, shall be subject also to the death penalty or to imprisonment for life.

I didn't want to but I finally decided to go deeper and clicked on the links and was horrified by what I saw on that forum and how people are willing to put themselves at risk like this and put the lives of others at risk too. It pissed me off to no end and I'm willing to call these group of cocksuckers ragecows rather than fucking lolcows.

You can't A-Log these people. Diseases are no joke and by spreading the disease it could mutate into something worse as another kiwi pointed out. I have a special distate for people who fuck around with diseases. At least with the anti-vaccers while they are stupid, at least they are not purposely trying to spread around a disease. They are just very, very stupid. Although, the end result is the same, innocent people potentially getting infected with a dangerous disease that could cripple them for the rest of their lives.

After pokeing around on the website, I need to get out my holy water now and purify my laptop...again

Yes they're a thing, yes they do infect others to "gift" AIDS, and yes there are people who seek it out.

I'm not talking about the nihilistic attitude of "Oh I'm gay I'll get it eventually" (Which angers me that people think like that), this is outright infect or be infected.

But thankfully they're a rare occurrence and are most frequently found in the darkest, most depraved corners of the LGBT community (think the meth addicted PnPers who frequent circuit parties)

Man guys, I truly think we found the final boss of all the lolcows. The ultimate spreader of disease and destroyer of the world. Sluthate looks like a hugs-and-cookies forum compared to these... people.
 
This particular form of crazy has been around for a while. I do not understand it at all. HIV and AIDS is not fun. I've personally known someone who had it and died from it. It's a horrible way to go that destroys your life, granted the treatments are better now.

I can only imagine it's a combination of mental illness and adrenaline junkie. I doubt they actually want the disease, but just like the high of risky sex.

They specifically want the infection if they are seeking out people they know for a fact to have HIV and doing things like deliberately damaging the rectal lining to ensure infection.
