Oh, Russ is trying the "Personal Injury" angle this time? That's hilarious, since Taylor would either need to know who Russ is or have been close proximity to him or sold/given him something to cause him injury, such as hitting him with a car or own a company that sold him something that made him sick as a couple of examples. These are the kinds of cases that sheister ambulance chasing lawyers take on.

"Have your advances been ignored by your celebrity cush? Did you make a great effort to make them a gift, only to remain single and angry? Did you go to great efforts to track down the celebrity's family to have them advocate for you, only to be called "invasive and troubling"? Call our team of expert attorneys at Dewey, Chetum & Howe. We will fight to get you your penis sucked by your dream pop starlet."

You remember when your parents told you growing up "If at first you don't succeed, try and try again"? Most of us knew that meant to keep trying to ride that bike or learn to play the guitar, something like that. But Russell "Third Time's the Charm" Greer obviously didn't get that memo. Now it's firmly in "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over again, and expecting a different result" territory.

If he's going to say "and/or" he should reverse Swift and Defendant. He's not (or maybe he will) going to refer to her as "Swift Defendant" which would be the "and" use of both.

Lol, still salty about that. Also, the court doesn't care that you were upset with the product and couldn't get a refund. Not relevant to you suing Taylor.

View attachment 1315135
Russ, the difference, and I know this has been said before, is that those were all already HER music. Her IP. What you were trying to give was not and to avoid any lawsuits from future songs sounding like what you gave (which would never happen anyway), she can't listen to what you made. If you have made a compilation of her songs, they would have accepted it.

View attachment 1315142
She probably was bothered by how you look and talk, but that's not why Greg said she was. Greg said that because you were suing her and said some nasty shit about her mom (if I'm getting the timeline right).

So, for once, the media actually showed the truth.

LOL, a pack of killer wasps? Do you mean killer bees, Russ?

I'm going to ignore the shitty sentences in 52 for something more out of place. The switch between the different forms of past tense between those two sections is jarring.

lol

Taylor never said ANYTHING about Russhole. She has no idea who he is. When Skordas said that Russ was "invasive and troubling", he was referencing when Russ contacted members of the Swift family to try to get them to pressure Taylor into contacting him. It was only about the feelings of the Swift family and never anything said by Taylor herself.

Fuck it, do it without Sriracha. She doesn't add enough for me to justify never talking about Russ again.

Sriracha was the one who introduced Rackets to Greer and he dosen't feel right doing Greer Streams without her.

This is the little cherry on the top of the content sundae of the past week.

I REALLY want to know more about this "Alvin" the publicist and friend-of Taylor "Toderick Hall". I can't decide what would be more hilarious- that two idiots burned their connections for Russel, or that Russel was taken on an extensive ruse cruise and for it to come out in court that it was all fake.

What, haven't you heard about world-famous publicist Alvin C. Munk? He's partners with his brothers Simon and Theodore and they run the best publicizing agency in the world: Totally a Real Publicist Agency, Honest! Inc.

I would think having falsified evidence entered into the record would be grounds to have the whole thing tossed out. If you have to lie to make your case, you don't have one.

This is his civil suit against TS. Skordas isn't involved in this one (AFAIK). Since he has a real lawyer for his criminal charges, I seriously doubt he'll let Russ use faked evidence. That would look very, very bad for a licensed lawyer to allow a client to do that.

Russ only has a lawyer for the harassment suit against him. No attorney is going to represent him in his asinine lolsuit against T. Swizzle. And if Russ tried to fake evidence during the harassment suit, you can bet not only would his attorney chew him out, but so would his parents.

Skordas is TayTay's Utah rep, though. If this gets as far as the first one, Skordas will be there to slap his dick for being a horny re.tard.

But if Russhole is filing in Tennessee again, Skordas won't be involved since he's only licensed to practice in Utah. Swift's legal team will do what they did with Greg and find some attorney in Tennessee to represent her in court so Taylor can focus on things that actually matter.

He's very literal minded, and thinks if they call in a surprise drop, it's a surprise to everyone. Obviously, it's called that because it's a surprise to the public, it wasn't announced in advance like an album. Like you said the date was set weeks or months in advance. And I don't know why he's so fixated on proving she knows about him. So what if she does? She's allowed to decide who she associates with. Lots of people send her things and get nothing in return. She's no doubt been sent music too, and those people get told exactly what Russ was told, she can't accept it. He just doesn't understand how the world works, and he doesn't know he doesn't know that. If he actually manages to serve her, I hope this time he gets hit with court costs or some other penalty to discourage him from bothering the grown-ups.

Russ is fixated on Taylor knowing who he is because it feeds into his narcissistic delusions. If she knows who he is, then in his twisted little mind that means he has a chance of connecting with her. If he can connect with her, then he has a chance at starting a relationship with her. If he can start a relationship with her, then that means she will fuck him, give him all her money, make him famous, and then everyone else will be jealous of him. He will be the center of attention, there will be news stories about him, interviews, high class parties, mingling with other celebs and influential people. Russ will have prestige and clout. He will finally be "inspirational" to everyone for "kicking his disability's ass", and he will finally show his biological family how wrong they were for giving him up.

Here's what Russhole is complaining about: the nature of his new anti-Tay-Tay lawsuit as listed on PACER. He's too stupid to understand the categorization they chose and why.

View attachment 1314481

Here's the PACERMonitor link to the case for any law Kiwis who can bless us with copies of those documents:

Don't use the paywalled shit like this.

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.tnmd.82776/gov.uscourts.tnmd.82776.1.0.pdf is the actual complaint.

The clerk classified it as a contract case because that's how it's drafted. It is the content of the claim that the clerk uses to categorize it, not what the insane plaintiff who is completely ignorant of basic principles of law claims it is. Very smart of Russhole to make it very clear to his main point of contact with the court that he is an absolutely insane, incompetent dipshit the very day he files his crazy, frivolous lolsuit. That way the court can treat him accordingly, as a nutso pro se crazy.

Lol "cause: diversity-personal injury"

I see one pic says Taylor swift followers. Is he trying to sue her for a million dollars cuz a million followers again?

And they're already coddling him like a loony, probably figuring it doesn't matter what it actually is since it's going nowhere anyway.

Also he calls it a "declaratory relief" action and then says he's asking for monetary damages. That's not what declaratory judgment is. Russhole is stupid as shit.

Good Three Stooges and Car Talk reference (among others)

I'm not a legal expert, but if (and it's a big if) he can even serve her, it's going to get dismissed for failure to state a claim, because ignoring a guy who sent you a song isn't a tort, even if it does upset you and make you very, very sad.

Yeah, it would be nice if getting stuck with court costs would discourage him from filing these stupid and pointless lawsuits, but like in the Ariana Grande case, he'll say he was fined by the judge and make a martyr out of himself. He is incapable of understanding why he is wrong - on anything.

22. That. Doesn't. Fucking. Matter. He's had it explained to him so many times and he still refuses to process that they can't accept songs, even as gifts.

And of course he's so fucking stupid he doesn't get that stating it was a gift completely kills his case. If it's a gift you have absolutely no right to demand anything in return.

I was about to ask this. Like, sperging like a loon in reviews isn't doing him ANY favors, especially since he's trying to force his way (again) through things he doesn't understand. But all this sperging towards the clerk can be used as one reason to dismiss his case?

He's just signing his certificate of dumbfuck who knows nothing about the law holy shit...

Not really. The case will manage that on its own. But it does make it really clear he's a mental defective so that will be how he will be treated, as a special person whose utterances should be judged in light of his mental defects. So he'll probably get cut a certain amount of procedural slack for being retarded, but that won't stop his case from being dismissed. Just like last time.

If he'd just accepted that music stars can't accept unsolicited music, he wouldn't have a thread here. I find it amusing (and very in-character for him) that he can't understand why TS accepted covers of her own songs and not his original song.

You can't really stop covers of your songs. So long as the cover artist obtains a mechanical license and pay the royalties they're entitled to distribute their cover version whether you like it or not. If it's a protected parody they're entitled to do it without paying you a dime.

This brought a smile to my tired face

I think the reason they make you spend $400 to file a suit is because they have to take it seriously until they can prove it's baseless. Most people won't waste that kind of money on a joke or a long shot lawsuit. Plus it is a federal court, so there is that gravitas.

Unfortunately, as a citizen of the United States, Russ is as entitled to use the federal courts as anyone else, and badmouth said court system as a protected First Amendment right. That doesn't mean badmouthing the clerk isn't a dumb thing to do.

Even getting charged with paying Taylor's legal fees, he will likely just ignore the judge's ruling and not pay. He did that with Skordas' fees with the Grande suit ruling. He will bitch about being "fined by the judge" to look like a misunderstood victim, but he won't actually meet his responsibilities.

Russ: 2020 is gonna be different, I'm moving on with my life!

Also Russ: I'm facing criminal charges so I may as well reenact two of my greatest failures!

All he has to do now is run out the clock by taking a whore to olive garden, and write a kill list (we all know he has one) on a public restroom wall and we'll basically have all of his greatest hits condensed into a single year.

I remember when I first heard of Russ. I was still in college and spent most of my breaks reading this thread. Now I have a degree and he's still doing the same shit. I know I'm saying the obvious here, but maybe the fact we are desensitized by lolcows at this point make it difficult for us to really let Russ' life story to sink in.
His life, his behavior, his views about women and life in general are so outlandish, so bizarre, I don't think anything we say here can do it any justice. I just spend the last ten minutes, out of quarantine induced boredom, re-reading some of his hits and man, I still can't believe a person like that exists and is probably planning nonsensical things right now as I type this.

I guess I'm just having a Russ induced mindblow.

I'm paraphrasing the great @Dr. Boe Jangles Esq. (It's especially fitting because I'm drunk) here when I say:
Imagine how your life has changed in two years. The things you've done and accomplished, your triumphs and failures. I know in two years my life has changed a lot for better and worse. If we're halfway intelligent there's little to no chance we'll make the mistakes of our past.

Russ has spent two years learning nothing. He's making the exact same mistakes he made then. He'll probably continue to make these mistakes as many times he's able to. You could actually feel sorry for the guy...until you remember it's Russel Greer. Then it's hilarious.

If Skordas and/or the prosecutor knows about this, can it be used to buttress the harassment? Also, if Ma & Pa Greer find out about him throwing away $400 on another masturbation-by-lolsuit filing, can they pull the lawyer they are paying for off the case?

22 million dollars!
He wants 22 million dollars from her. Because he was 22 when he first started his song project. Of course.

"Greer finds himself talking to himself. He has to wear headphones in the store to avoid hearing her music. His PTSD has put disturbing thoughts in his head that he has confided to his counselor about, but he does not feel comfortable including in this Complaint. "

I find those words rather chilling. I hope he has no plans to put his "disturbed" thoughts into action. And is he talking to himself because no one else will interact with him or are we finally going to see Russell's complete break with reality.

Wasn't this court filing the one where Russ had a totally real, True & Honest fiverr paralegal go over the documents and tighten them up (like Russ's head)? I really hope that fiverr """paralegal""" was a secret kiwi and will drop the deets of their communication.

This whole thing is glorious. I'd bet cash on Russ bringing Taylor Swift up in the case where he's being sued for electronic harassment, or at least trying to. Taylor made him do it, it was her fault, so she should be blamed and not Russell Greer who was just having an anxiety attack so bad he harassed the accusing female on numerous occasions spread out over more than a month. I really hope Skordas brings this latest Swift legal harassment up in court to prove what an idiot Russ is. He couldn't have made the prosecution's case any easier if he'd tried.
