Believe me that most english speakers that attempt to speak spanish will be mocked by most spanish speakers due to mispronunciation (the strong R mostly). But even with that, a lot who are normal and sane people will understand you are trying to communicate and learn a new language, so they will cut the mocking to a minimum.

some of them seem to get female fat distribution patterns
when men first get fat they usually just grow a big pot belly, but on hrt they get a fat ass and man-tits instead

IIRC, it does result in some accumulation of fat around the hips and chest area. It's very, very, very rarely enough to get someone to pass as female, even after years of HRT, unless the person in question had already won the genetic lottery and were a megatwink before trooning out, or if they were already very fat. Most transgender who actually make an effort to pass wear either padded bras or breast forms, or if they have money they get breast implants.

What I think have a much more visible effect are the testosterone blockers they have to take. They can (although not always) reverse male-pattern baldness, change behavioral patterns, and in some cases change the texture of the skin somewhat. Not that you would notice that last one on most of them, given how they're often caked with makeup.

It rarely makes up for the male bone structure, though. The man tits in particular rarely look like more than mild gynecomastia.

I think implants and padded underwear are a better bet than HRT for trannies. Probably better for their health, too.
