The discussion of his physical abnormalities is obscuring the fact that he's a lolcow because of his narcissism and idiocy.
I agree. While I do concur with the Farms' consensus Russell is an ugly little troll, I don't think attacking
I read the Wikipedia article and the Business Insider article that captured Russ’s eye, (avoided the scholar articles) and for the life of me I cannot figure out how he thinks that fits into his case. Obviously, for normal humans it makes no sense in regards to his lawsuit, but even trying to think like Russ, I can’t figure it out.

He sued her initially based on the expectation he felt-she did nice things for others, therefore she had to do the same for him, and he suffered because she didn’t do them. It’s insane but I understand it.

The new theory suggests that the fact that the more disruptive something is, the more interesting it becomes, or how violating social norms and personal space has consequences for a relationship.

How does that fit his case? Even trying to lose 50 IQ points and think like a stalker tard, I can’t make sense of it.

One if the articles had the word arousal in it, maybe that’s all it took.

“How do you like them apples?“. Green, boomer.
I think Russ believes Taylor sucks the dick of her male fans (she doesn't) and because she didn't suck his, he's being discriminated against. I'm looking forward to his lolsuit so we can hear it straight from the horse's ass.

That reads like a fucking Cracked.com article not science-fact. Jesus Christ on a Jetbike, hes retarded.

"I was discriminated!"

Presents zero evidence of discrimination.

Her saying "yeah ive been there once" is MAKING PLANS. Maybe if he'd asked her and she'd said no, perhaps. But she asked him where he wanted to go and what he wanted to do. Maybe ASK her assface.

You're right Russ, we'd LOVE proof, but you've presented absolutely none.

You asked if she like mini golf. She said yes.

What does that prove other than you're a dipshit, and if she did do a 360 (lol) it's because you're false advertising with that dumb smile picture. And any woman with kids would be cautious enough to at least google you before meeting up, so maybe that's it.

Isn't this the same thing he did with Erika, posting a tiny snippet of the exchange, which doesn't even support his assertion? I have no doubt that once it became clear that she wasn't interested in going out, he immediately played the "Why do you hate disabled people?" gambit. And it's interesting that he's going for single moms now, he must be getting desperate.

Also LOL at the "360" bit. Russ must have not done well in geometry class.

So a divorced woman with kids doesn’t want to abandon them to go on a date with a stranger during the pandemic? And perhaps bringing them back some corona virus? How rude!

What were not seeing is him being a complete donkey, and making the situation unbearable. He fucks everything up, so he's probably said something undecidedly creepy or weird and put her off. She sounded interested in that first message, but no, I imagine Gristle put his "foot in his mouth" ;)

Impossible. His mouth can't open wide enough.

Danica is still ignoring her American boyfriend.

It's kind of interesting that he responds to her detailing that she's having a great time by herself as if she said she was bored and lonely. She specifically details that she's in the countryside, working out, cooking and enjoying the space, and Russ responds with "and yet you still ignore me".

Yes, and? She's having a good time on her own. She doesn't need you. There is no "and yet" to this situation. she's not begging for company but ignoring you. She's happily having some her-time and doesn't want or require your attention, gourdhead.

Why am I not surprised that Russ doesn't know the difference between 360° and 180°? He can't even get basic words and sayings right in the only language he grew up speaking, so it's to be expected that he'd fuck up elementary level math as well.

And, yeah, not seeing any evidence of any plans made nor any discrimination. And he bitches about being alone tonight, but he couldn't have taken her to Topgolf this weekend even if she said yes, because it's still temporarily closed due to COVID-19. Did he try to make plans with her without even checking to see if the place was open? Probably, because Russ is a fucking moron. And he'd better get used to spending his Saturday nights alone, because that's going to be every Saturday night for the rest of his life (and every other night, for that matter).

So, now that Russ has had a bona fide fiver paralegal look over his legal ramblings and give him some helpful pointers, does anybody care to risk a wager on whether his arguments would get past "Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted" this time?

Then again, to get that far I guess he'd have to serve her successfully, which isn't likely.

The link is just dumb clickbait.

Here's the theory he mentions, which does absolutely nothing for his "case" against Swift.

I haven't read the entire wiki page in depth yet, but it seems to be about social norms, not the law. Naturally I understand Russ is incompetent but seriously, even if this whole theory worked to further his point, (it doesn't,) I can't imagine any way in which this could be applied to a lawsuit. IANAL but I'm pretty sure you can't sue someone for nothing more than violating a social norm, and even if you could this also seems like it would rely heavily on a reasonable person standard, which will always be Russell's kryptonite.

It seems to be entirely about social norms and the reactions of someone (in our case, Russ) when someone else (Taylor) does something different rather than what they were expected to do.

So still the problem would be with Russ, not Taylor, because Russ really had no business deciding what Taylor's actions should be, and conditioning himself to believe she should act a certain way and to expect anything at all from her.

Also, it's about personal interactions, so she'd have to know he exists, and since she doesn't his entire bombshell here is pointless.

To me it seems like he's just found a new way to say "she did nice things for others, now she owes me sex" but with more fancy words and its own wiki page.

I agree. I'm sure I learnt a bit about it in a Psych course many years ago as it sounds familiar.

If there has been any violation of societal norms, it has been through his actions. She might have a cause of action using this theory. I can't see how he can twist it to benefit his case.

It’s because he’s been doing 360s with his stupid bullshit for the past few years, doing the same thing over and over and over again and expecting different results.
Also he’s an idiot.
