They destroy their bodies thinking they'll be able to fulfill the fantasy of becoming a sexy woman who people are lining up to date, but all they actually become is an unfuckable, dickless dude with droopy bitch tits. The pics on the left look like your standard frat boy/surfer, while the ones on the right are so bizarre I can't even pinpoint what aesthetic he's attempting to emulate. He was undateable to begin with-- trooning out is basically a symptom of cluster B personality disorders. He was probably always a nut job-- the trooning just made it more obvious.

The silver lining to this troon fad is that it makes it super clear at a single glance which people are crazy and need to be avoided. So at least they're saving people time in that respect.
