But isn't the point of Futanari that they're real women (XX) with a penis instead of trans-women/lady boys? I've never seen a Futanari with balls. But then again, I wasn't exactly searching for it either. 🙈

IIRC, Futanari contains (the real Japanese kind and not the Western misunderstanding of mixing up futa with troons/crossdressers/whatever) real, genetic women with both a penis and a vagina. Futa is akin to "two things/objects" in Japanese (but correct me if I'm wrong).
