I dunno. I get the feeling that Russ wants the validation of 'winning' a ten. I dont think he cares about any type of relationship after the "win'. Other than giving women 'a better life' (which as specific as he gets) he doesnt really talk about any relationship goals (even self centered totally selfish ones).
 
I doubt he’d want a hot boy toy because in his mind, they’re not trophies like cheerleaders and starlets are. “Trophy husband” isn’t a common phrase for good reason...it’s far more common for women to be held up as trophies and prizes.

He wants the hot 10 trophy woman because he thinks it’s what everyone else wants, and he wants to be envied.

I can see that, it seems to me that he wants to be seen as the one in charge in his hypothetical relationships. He wanted a personal apology from them for not bowing to his whims. When he didn't get that, he tried to use the law to punish them for not obeying him. He wanted his trials against Taylor and Ariana to be seen on every news network so they could be humiliated in front of the whole world.

We've seen how possessive he is of women many times, not to mention those creepy photos of him with Bunny Ranch girls where it looks like he's holding them as tightly as possible. In his countless instagram comments, he's constantly calling women "his." He posted about how angry he was when Taylor Swift got with her current boyfriend, iirc he at one point also commented "I will be in her life" on Facebook. I have no doubt he wants women to be his arm candy in public so everyone can know how superior he is. And yet, for all his arrogance, he regularly proves to us what a dishonest, thirsty, pathetic little man he truly is. Remember, he was willing to drop his multi million dollar lawsuit in exchange for a date with Taylor, a woman he claimed was literally trying to have him killed at the time. He even had a list of demands for what she was supposed to wear, or face the legal consequences. His whole mentality is one of an abuser. "If you didn't make me mad, I wouldn't have had to hit/sue you."

I guess my point (and I should’ve stated this more clearly) is that I don’t think there’s an endpoint where Russ is satisfied in a relationship. You could give him literally everything he claims to want in life, and I still think he’d find a way to be unhappy, because he doesn’t have a concept of inner happiness at all. You give him a 10/10 girlfriend who gives him a blowjob and makes him 3 meals a day, and he’ll soon start complaining that she’s not giving him two blowjobs and making snacks too.

Also, what the guy above me said about control. A hot 10/10 partner (male or female) that Russ couldn’t have complete control over would drive him insane. Look at how upset he gets when a woman he’s facebook stalking interacts with another man.

The only decent women he would’ve had a chance with were poor Mormon girls convinced they were honoring god by marrying a slack faced creep, but since he was kicked out of the church for fucking hookers they should all be safe now.

If Jesus was alive today and a US citizen, Russ would probably sue him as God's representative on earth for failing to provide disclaimers about God's blessings or some shit.
 
Rusty's had some weird behaviors and stories of a sexual nature, but like many with NPD, his narcissism drives his sexuality to such a large extent I still think it explains it better than Rusty being a True and Honest repressed homo.
