There is a charm to this game and you can look pass a lot of the faults as you get into it, that or I have stockholm syndrome, Might be the latter.
I don't mind stupid requests, they make it easiler for me to give these MSPaint-mon names.

It's slowly getting better. I am nowhere near close to seeing even 3% of what this game has, there still a shit ton of post game after deviant becomes a champion for it to improve.

Episode 22: Route 5 cave, and some trainers.
Let's start out at looking to see if anything new got added to shops again.
Love can apparently be cured now. Really makes ya wonder if other trainers use this on themselfs.
This isn't new, but with this update the game got, you can now buy, and sell items, as well as keep 999 of them per a slot now. Before the max was 99.
Far more useful then the arrow head given how many punch moves in base pokemon there is.

That not even counting any of the brand new punch moves that may or may not have been added to this game that we have not even seen yet.
Neat, Now I Can't help but picture when doing a kick move, the pokemon in question stops the battle, and puts on shoes for that move, and then takes them off when he done doing a kick move.
Despite it having no ingame image, I like to think it's a whip.
You miss, you get whipped, But thats just my head canon.

It did a good amount of damage but We are going to try not to kill this one.

We are going to try to catch her. If we accidently kill her I'll have to reload a save, and I'll rather not have her knock out all my pokemon.

I picture it moving around like Mad Dummy from undertale.
Just hopping and flailing about.
and it does about as you expect a rubber inertube being thrown at you would do.
Rockhard is being revived to gain some of that sweet sweet EXP.
Isn't that the pokemon we just caught.
I can't under how it knows metal claw. IT HAS FINS, and it's only metal part is the gold that wrapped around it.
This move just rises more questions the longer you think about it with this pokemon.
Our little drawinism needs to be called back Can't risk letting the poor thing be knocked out.
Flail does make more sense with this pokemon. Just have it flopping about infront of ploopers.
Well it just flops about uselessly like a fish.
Another move that is just Donuts looking at the enemy and scareing them. If you count paranoia.

I think it's some kind of pain killer. Maybe a normal potion is just aspin, and by the time you get a to full heal we are just giving them some kind of illegal drug or something.

Episode 23: Devient, Twitter, discord, and Monster Energy Drink TM
Let's start this update by catching a new pokemon.

Our First WT is, Charmander if GF thought Ground should have been a starter type.
Another Beta Pokemon.
A Duskull that The mask is okay, Unlike that Yamask I don't hate this.
And a completely vanilla goldeen.
I've been told WT is completely random what ya get, what the name is, and who the OT name.
I always see scary face and look at the pokemon face and can't help but laugh.
I am going to WT goldeen because I dislike goldeens.
It's the standard Dex for Duskull, I would rather have vanilla dex then what happen to that poor yamask.
You would think it would be ghost/ground type if that was true.
It also seems to always be screaming given how it's mouth is never closed.
And by WTing goldeen we get a trapinch.
Aside from the bug sub typing it's vanilla.
But I'll keep him, I like flygon.

I'm surpriesd that the game author is so responsive to bug reports that things get fixed right away. Normally these kinds of projects get released and updated once or twice (maybe) before the staff moves on to other things.

During the day all the zombies are gone, and we have people to talk to.
Thats really neat that this town changes like that between night and day. Like how in Simon quest during the night the towns had enemies.
The non item giving NPC's here are about as useful as the ones in that game as well.
Every free stone is a stone I wont need to find a shop for.
Depends if I look up to see what pokemon need one.
She gives us three eject buttons. Neat, now only if this was gen 8 so we could be annyoing to enemy who use dynamax.
Unlikely but thank you anyway.

Oh no that Venusaur is so tragic, wow. Christ that is awful. Outside of some new moves at the high levels it doesn't look substantially different than a vanilla Venusaur.

Can someone explain to me the differences between a wood type and a paper type pokemon? Paper is made of wood

One is wood,and one is paper.
If you try to question why they two serperate types you will go mad. For Arceus shake, meme type is a thing, anything goes.
But according to the wiki these are the weaknesses and resists of the two.
Wood
Weaknesses=STEAM,STEEL,FIRE,BUG,FIGHTING,VIRUS,FABRIC,CHAOS
Resistances=MAGMA,GRASS,GROUND,LIGHT,WOOD,WATER,ROCK,NORMAL
Paper
Weaknesses=FIRE,STEEL,FLYING,PAINT,CHAOS,BUG,TIME,CYBER
Resistances=ROCK,PAPER,GHOST,POISON,WOOD,BLOOD
You would think paper would be weak to water, and wonder how wood resists MAGMA but not FIRE.
