The "Help Sue Yaniv" campaign is already at $1,700 - which seems respectable enough for the short time it's been active. This defamation case will be delicious to watch unfold. Yanny must die inside a little every time he sees that dollar counter increase... unless he's sitting in jail.

Do they have the 72 hr psych holds in Canada? Here those would be covered under HIPAA privacy rules so no one would be able to find out.... In the states, if they decide you're stable? 72 hrs you're out...They have to have a hearing to justify keeping one longer & then it's only 14 days.
The update from Kitty was that it was MY & 3 Cops outside. Health & welfare check gone bad?

I was thinking the same thing. We do indeed have 72 holds for mental health emergencies. I think the police or a doctor needs to get a judge to sign off on the order. It's usually happens only when someone is deemed a serious risk to themselves or others, i.e.; suicidal behavior.
 
Here the Cops can make the call to take them to psych...The Docs there decided whether they stay or not...no judge involved until they go for an extension longer than the 72 hrs.
If he did go to the rape center.....could they have filed a psych eval. on him? "Yes JY we understand you were raped by a small woman.... & what do you mean when you say she's gonna die?"....Humor him....send him on his way & call the Cops?
It did appear he was goin over the edge...starting with "a girls gotta do..." shit...Posts proudly defending his actions...
Then the one I thought odd...his imaginary friend "Nikki"....not even a sock without a tag...He was gonna see her the next day (wend) ....so happy & girlie ...His own world
then the Cops were there? or they weren't as the next 2 tweets contradict each other...then comes the sexual assault.
Then silence.
The Cops WERE there the evening before & 1st denied by JY...They're there again the next morning?...the silence?
I'm thinkin the state did put a case together to get him off the street...Lets hope.
I'm no shrink....the "Nikki" thing in between looks like a transition...Or I'm high?

I’d say that Yaniv could use a doll to demonstrate where the mean lady touched him, but I think he would be so triggered by the doll not being whatever gender it is he identifies as that he wouldn’t be able to. I feel like Yaniv fantasizes about being sexually assaulted by women about as much as he does having a woman come to him asking for advice on tampons. This is like the case where that landwhale in the UK accused 15 men of trying to rape her and they BELIEVED her. Who would want to touch yaniv willingly? With how crazy he is, it’s obvious no one has touched him sexually in a very long time that wasn’t in some way compensated.

Yaniv certainly has studied the sexual assault victim script, "I feel dirty and disgusting" but without any opportunity, (time or place) for the offense to occur, it falls flat. I posit this is less of a fetish, more of an attempt to be relatable. I mean in a #metoo world Yaniv sees that the "woman" is believed.
 
Not sure about the timing of the claim, but reckon he's going to try pulling this as a sort of defence via the reporter attack.

"Well ya see judge, I was so distraught over my violation, that I just blacked out and went into defence mode"

Or some shit like that, bet ya anything.
