Okay, if you call yourself a humanitarian, then surely you'd give a damn Soleimani's killing of innocent Syrians and Iranians, especially if those Iranians protested their oppressive government. No, you only give a damn when it's convenient for you. Remember, he violated human rights, and would drill holes into the body of his victims, among other torture. Not even the Iranians are defending him; the media is hyping up the funeral, despite the fact that they are forced to participate in it.

I'm not advocating for war; I'm against it at all cost. However, if you fuck with us, you better be prepared for the consequences of your actions. If you call yourself a humanitarian, and still decry his death? Stop calling yourself that, because you're no where near being one. I'll happily fund your trip to Iran, so you can fuck off there with the people who are disappointed that a war hasn't started.

Might be getting off topic, but I gotta say how wild it is that anonymous randoms online produce more informative analysis and compelling arguments than 99 percent of professional talking heads. I unironically learn more about the world from an edgyboi gossip site than you'd get from reading every ghostwritten current event book by "experts" ever. I remember reading that bathroom graffiti in Rome was more informative than discussing in the forums. I guess that's us now.

I don't understand how someone can take the time to write all of that out without some kind of internal logic hiccup making them realize how ridiculous it all sounds. The exact same kind of mentality is present in someone who blames a cop for shooting a criminal who was firing a gun at them, and it makes just as little sense on a global scale as it does on a small one.

There's no coherent sane way to blame Trump for a foreign country shooting down a flight belonging to a third country. Or for funeral goers trampling each other to death for that matter. There's no sane worldview that makes this Trumps fault. Even if the USA had assassinated Soleimani for no good reason and in cold blood (which isn't true), that doesn't excuse anyone rioting and shooting down planes. I know it shouldn't surprise anyone at this point just how absurd people sound when talking about how much they hate Trump, but for some reason I'm still shocked and confused at how anyone could be so internally inconsistent and intellectually dishonest.

The whole thing kinda reminds me of an oldschool redneck feud. You know the type. Like the kind when Billybob heads over to burn down Cletus's shed, but he spills the gas can and lights his own truck on fire instead. But then instead of blaming Billybob, everyone gets mad at Cletus for making him mad enough to burn down his own truck.
