Just a bit of info on IQ scores and such, as someone who completes psychological/psychoeducational exams... Intelligence tests measure several different constructs, usually utilizing the CHC model of intelligence, such as processing speed, working memory, fluid intelligence, crystallized intelligence, auditory processing, etc. The scores on each of these constructs are then amalgamated into an "average" of sorts, known as the intelligence quotient (IQ). It's not very common to see someone measure with similar scores across the board on all of these constructs. In fact (especially for individuals with autism or other neuroatypical issues), typically you see a profile of strengths and weaknesses, like average crystallized intelligence, below average processing speed, high average fluid reasoning, etc. In that sense, the IQ score is often derived from discrepant scores, which means it isn't as valid and doesn't tell you as much as analyzing each score separately. Hope that kinda makes sense.
I would be curious as well to see a psych eval done here, to see what Chris' cognitive profile looks like. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a generally low- to below-average cognitive profile, though.
