I'd disagree on A. Trannies are a hell of a racket for therapists who don't give a shit, and there are a lot of therapists/"counselors" who don't give a shit as long as they're getting paid. Hell, I've seen a lot of mental help threads on SA with advice that amounts to "get a therapist and use them basically as a friend for hire whom you vent to every week, because you probably have no friends."
