Why wouldn’t they be? Trans women are women, trans men are men, so obviously this is just a normal heterosexual couple and their sex life is perfectly satisfactory and does not involve crying as Billy fails to get it up and Arvi pretends the wrinkled dude with the receding hairline is a teenage girl.

Arvi is "asexual", so chances are it's neither of the two.

The Rowling salt has been absolutely massive today, and Gui-gui has, of course, contributed to it. While not adding much commentary himself, he has reposted four stories/articles about her so far.

How much of a market can there possibly be for bullshit that literally only appeals to male pedos trying to live their masturbatory fantasies of being "hawt" prepubescent girls? I mean, seriously, there are way more of those guys than there should be, but are there really enough to justify not one but two separate artists' booths full of merch that only appeals to that particular group of degenerates?
It’s surprising how common it is.

I only go to my local comic convention every year so I don’t know if it’s the same everywhere but it‘s a minor Scottish town where there’s not really any LGBT presence whatsoever and the majority of visitors who go are parents with children yet about 10-20% of the stalls sell the kind of stuff Labelle does like troon patches and posters.

My favorite thing about this comic is that spaces like GSAs are only really useful to people under the LGBT umbrella, so somehow it's offensive to troons that a straight white woman doesn't feel like the space is meant for her...?

At my university we have organizations for minorities such as Africans, Asian-Pacific, and Latinos/Chicanos. You can hang out in there, do homework, and sign up for events and stuff. Guess why I don't use those spaces - if it's because they aren't meant for a white girl like me and I would feel out of place there, you're correct. Same deal with the LGBT one. It's not because my values are more important than theirs, or something similarly insidious.

Not sure what the problem is here. Oh, right... they made one up!

Alright, there’s a couple things wrong there, Labelle.
First, portraying trans people as shopping around for doctors until they get what they want is not only ‘not a good look’, it bolsters the cis scum’s worry.
Second, ‘faking it’ is not what the people worry about. They mainly worry about getting their lives ruined and fired from jobs, kicked out of schools, and basically pilloried if they say that they think this trans stuff is strange and weird. All to appease people like Sophie. That’s what people are actually worried about.
That, and people like Yaniv and others being given access to your kids because they are a ‘protected class’ and to disagree would be bigoted and lead back to the first worry.

I think that tells more about artists as people than anything else. Artists need be creative and open minded, get easily inspired and be able to come up something new and different. At best they can trend setters and most fun people to be around, but unfortunately mostly it’s not that. People especially young people who are artists or want be artists tend to be compulsively unusual, go with anything that looks wierd, forse it if you have to. Also being an artist is appealing to unfortunately unusual people like those with mental illnesses. It’s good explanation where you don’t actually have to do self reflections and learn to be socially graceful. Want meet the most selfabsorbed and annoying people go to arts school and you will find all wierd identities no matter how rare. Also there is likely to be some cool pictures because some students and staff can actually do art despite the wierdos.
