The third 30 minutes of audio of the Catie Date.

Please note:
This "Date" took place on August 31, 2014 at an Applebee's in Charlottesville, VA.
"Catherine" and "Catie" are the same person. "Catie" always just called herself "Catie", however, Chris insisted on calling her "Catherine" even after she asked him to just say "Catie". (because autism?)

Just starting to listen, but: Chris was still doing laps around Target in August? I thought he was banned from all of them.

I'm wondering why Barb doesn't have possession of the ring. I remember when my grandma passed away years and years ago, my grandpa kept her ring and wore it on a chain.
It has weird connotations that Chris has his father's wedding ring.

I think it's a thing some people do. Like, pass down the ring to be re-used by the next generation. When my grandmother passed away, people asked me if I wanted to take her wedding ring and use it to propose to a girl one day. I thought it was bizarre and creepy, but apparently not everyone does. (EDIT: but my grandfather wasn't still alive at that point either, unlike Chris's situation)

Also: I got a mighty guffaw from Skyraider's incredulous tone: "You recorded it and uploaded it when you went to the Game Place?!?!?!" What kind of person would do something like that? :lol:

Chris calling catie by her full name is probably stemmed from the same logic as to why he calls barb Barbera Ann; calling girls by their full name is ladylike or at least elderly wench like.

Oh, God. Bob literally had to be quarantined on his hospitalization, due to how volatile their living condition is, and somehow the Chandlers manage to worry about the conditions of an old folks' home.

Edit: 5 & 6 are the best. It's delightful to hear that Chris-chan still "intends" to get a part time job, you know, after they move back in. And his theory about the Snyder/Megan trap conspiracy is still incredible. I'd love to find someone conspiring to get struck by a vehicle, twice, and then decline to do anything other than seek medical recompense in a civil court. So many stress-sighs, this shit's nostalgic.

Last edit, I promise: Skyraider, it's wonderful of you to draw out the bit about Chris covertly recording Snyder. His low-effort ducking the answer to why Snyder's an asshole is also gold.

To honor his fathers memory his wedding ring was formerly placed upon the Optimus prime figure (20th anniversary) upon its grill.

He has zero reasoning ability. Nil. He's a machine that repeats facts (or usually lies he was told).

Great work, Skyraider. If I have one tiny complaint, it's that you help Chris along with answers. It keeps him from having to think up his own crazy theories and he just ends up agreeing with what you say.
