Thanks to the wonderful people at AllTheFallen, I became aware of a woman on Clips4Sale who beats anything I've seen in this thread with her breadth and depth of work. She goes by 'black and smooth' but you can call her ffelisity if you like.

Some of the requests are a little weirder and the descriptions more offputting. For example, while ffelicity appears to be an actual woman, she has 27 pages of videos with 'adams apple' in the description. Mostly involving choking or strangling of some kind.

That said, finding decent gay bondage/fetish stuff on C4S is a nightmare and it's in part due to the medieval website design that makes it hard to find shit you want and especially if you are a gay man who wants to just find gay related fetish material as you inevitably have to go through countless pages of straight people bondage shit to find gay stuff.

Worse, is that more often than not, you'll come across a page (especially for gay content) that has been long abandoned in terms of no new content. Along with the fact that there is, 99% of the time, no way to contact the pages that are still active in terms of inquiring about custom videos from the creators.

It's quite frustrating and for the most part, useless if you are a gay guy with money to spend buying porn

You know, in the grand scope of things, this site is actually pretty harmless. A bunch of people have obscure, weird, yet harmless fetishes that mainstream porn doesn’t address and some other people have decided to capitalize on it. And it all involves consenting adults, unlike zoophiles and pedophiles. So as much as I want to make fun of people for having a fart fetish or whatever, it just seems really innocuous compared to the other shit I’ve seen.

I download/torrent porn, but a lot of gay fetish porn tends to be behind paywalls and very hard to find in the wild on various spank-tube websites or torrent sites.

Plus there is vintage porn I like that is only available on VHS or DVD.

And that's not counting shit like ThisVid, which is Bizarro X-Tube/Pornhub in the way that it lets people upload gay porn but then block people from actually being able to watch it unless the uploader deems you worthy of being added as a profile friend, which they can also revoke at any time and forces you to have to install a special website browser plug-in to download their videos.

And it isn't a case of the store owner chancing upon an entire crate of the book and weaving some tale either - I have found several other stores with girls in this same outfit, destroying the same book. Someone has the means and the money to buy hundreds, possibly THOUSANDS of copies of this long-out-of-print book, send it to just as many different fetish models, and have them totally destroy every last page. How do you even get off to this much content focused on the exact same thing? How do you even have that much disposable income to afford it?

I honestly wouldn't be surprised at this point if this guy has singlehandedly shaped the used market value of these books by having so many of them destroyed.

If you've been on the chans, particularly anything that has to do with drawfags and artists or people like that, you will hear a surprising amount of stories like that. Just one seemingly well-off guy with an extremely specific fetish commissioning such a large amount of his fetish that it throws off the numbers.
But scene girls ripping up books is a new one, you don't see that every day.
