Because the site has very few restrictions on what content can be posted, it has turned into a repository of bizarre fetishes. The category page includes fetishes such as "BAD BREATH, BAG POPPING, BELLY SOUNDS, BRAKE FAILURE, BUNIONS, and BURPING". And that's just the letter B. You can type just about any word into the search box and find a fat chick who will sell you a video of her fucking it for $10.99.

I used to know a guy who bought foot fetish tickle porn off that site. I'm not sure if it's worse that he admitted to it or that this site is still running 10 years later.
 
From a quick skimming of the top-selling clips on the site, it appears that, with the arguable exception of a few blowjob clips (which at least is the sort of thing you might see in mainstream porn) exactly none of them involves straightforward sex between two normal adults. Plenty of incest fantasies, fat/feeder fetishism, farting and burping, though.

I saw brake failure and somehow missed bunions until I reread to make sure it actually said brake failure.... And bunions. Ok.

You'd be surprised at how much femdom is stretched within certain categories.
 
The great-granddaddy of all these bizarre-fetish sites was the old Snotgirls website, which featured photos and videos of hot naked girls picking their noses. How the hell does someone pick up THAT kink?
