According to her own FB Logan was a fucking intern on the Eric Andre show for three whole months in 2015. Lol. Yes, real seasoned pro. Guessing her coke habit and visits to the psych ward ensured a very brief internship.

(I'm not making that up. She posted a photo of the new tattoo she got upon getting out of the psych ward. She also posted about an eight page card she made for her therapist. She posts a lot about “neurotypicals” not being woke because they make jokes about Kanye’s bi-polar behavior and other nonsense. She has also posted about being addicted to coke and now being two years sober and in therapy)

The Eric Andre internship was quite the accomplishment. Getting to be one of the young blonde female interns a show brings in for the summer only to give the guys some fresh meat takes real talent.

Hilariously, she also worked on some show called Maple Vision about Canadians two years ago.

It is impossible to overstate the absolute stupidity of making such an announcement in public and on social media. If he had even the slightest chance of immediately being awarded some kind of emergency custody order in his favor, he just dropped a nuke on it. If anything, there may be an emergency order going the other way.

Here, the combination of Ashli's accusations of abuse and Lowtax stating that it's his intention to have her deported would guarantee an independent children's lawyer being appointed to make a recommendation to the court regarding Sloane's best interests. That's a prolonged and very expensive process and the courts aren't sympathetic to parents who are unable to reach reasonable agreements between themselves.
 
As a note - in proper immigration for marriage, the immigrant applicant usually requires a sponsor - which will usually be your partner but can be literally anyone over the federal poverty line. I know they sort of skipped this, but regardless - when you move to the US, it's not all on the immigrant to make sure things happen - specially because until you are settled, you legally can't work. So MapleWife couldn't work because she had no way to get employment authorization and her husband wasn't forthcoming in helping her adjust, which would of been his responsibility if they had gotten K1/CR1 visas.

You can't just marry someone and then toss them back to where they came from if it doesn't work out in the proper process. 4 years and a kid will see that heavily questioned and the US courts would have to have evidence that the kid is genuinely at risk in the mothers care before they'll even think about separation. Running to a womens shelter is not really something that screams "unfit mother" - even if it was simply to get away from a bad marriage.

MapleWife's ignorance up to this point may rub me the wrong way. But Lowtax is just as culpable for encouraging her to stay, knocking her up, and then refusing to do anything to help her immigration status knowing full well the situation he was putting her in. I wonder how many marital arguments in that house ended with threats to call the police and inform them she was here on an expired visa?

Not to mention that Lowtax has spent much of the last year publicly stating that he's impoverished and can barely get out of bed - things which hardly make him the ideal custodial parent.

Definitely. It appears she went out to LA with her parents financial help to make it in the biz and then she didn’t make it in the biz.

Instead she got herself a coke habit, couple shitty boyfriends and a few mental breakdowns. After two years she packed it up and moved back in with her parents in SLC.

To her credit (if true) she claims to have gotten mental help and sober since leaving LA. Lowtax won’t be good for her continued sobriety.

What she does for income is questionable because all the work from her “marketing company” I can find is merely practice portfolio work stuff. Basically she’s trying to scrape up work as a SM brand consultant. Going to guess she maybe took some marketing classes when she got back to SLC and sobered up. So she has reinvented herself online as a marketing guru for millennials. (It’s akin to the SJW on twitter who list their job as “activist.”)

Yeah, it’s an amazing trainwreck in motion right now.

She claims to see a therapist twice a week. Any therapist on earth would be telling her what a terrible idea getting together with a 44 year old married man and father of three is. Her parents and any sane friends would be telling her the same thing.

But her borderline personality disorder isn’t listening to any of that negative shit and loves the intense drama and attention of the king of goons.

I’m going to bet one of her ex-boyfriends was a regular SA poster too.

I’m not aware of any accusations of Lowtax beating or assaulting his wife. The only person who’s said anything is Lowtax and he said his wife was arrested for assaulting him. Lowtax is using Jake Alley techniques at this point, refuting things no one has said.

Going to a domestic violence shelter doesn’t equal physical violence. The only reason we even know she went to a shelter is thanks to Lowtax.
