I'm going to expose her for what she is: an abuser of the mentally ill.

I will be sending those pictures and wittenbergs surgical offers to every US insurance company and the press.
I'm going to make an even bigger mockery from this tranny community and their enablers than they already were.
It's laughable that this surgery is covered by tax money.
Not to be a downer of anything, but you really think him keeping his penis makes a difference to the public when they already don't give a fuck about GRS? Insurance companies probably could give two shits as well. I realize a surgery like this is indefensible beyond fetishism, but so is normal GRS which is practiced throughout the country.

There's no way this holds up long term. Their penis might still have some function currently but it'll be lost eventually as they've clearly removed the testicles here. Eunuchs can theoretically get an erection but it takes a great deal of effort to get and is very hard to maintain to orgasm and their sexual desire is very low after castration, that's going to happen here. Not to mention you'd still have to tuck which would result in the flaccid penis basically acting like a plug for this, which- say hello to ongoing infections.

You said bowel tissue but I looked through the posts and couldn't find them saying they. Apparently this was using a method called
laparoscopic peritoneal pull-through if their comments on other posts are anything to go by. This procedure has been used on women according to two studies and involves stitching Peritoneal lining to what little part of the vagina exists in females who have a syndrome that caused a mostly missing or short vaginal canal. Both the studies claimed this 'became' exactly like vaginal tissue after several months but it's literally taking the protective layer that's over your organs and attaching it to somewhere it is absolutely not supposed to be, for either sex I'd be incredibly wary because these studies seem way too good to be true, even though the first claimed they followed at least one patient for seven years.

This isn't transplanting a toe to replace a finger. This lining has a purpose and the purpose is incredibly important. They write like it's so safe but idk my gut feeling is something isn't right about it. Be it for use in women or men.

Further given this is on a man there's no vagina to adhere too, it's purely manmade which means even more of that tissue would be used vs. adhering it to the what little vagina is present in a woman who has that issue. If it does 'magically' transform on a real woman who at least has the remnants of the female sexual organs there's no way it work the same on a male. You don't pull the lining that protects your organs outside your body where it shouldn't be and it just magically goes, guess I'm a vagina now! Not to mention if this method is so good like claimed you'd think it'd be taken up by all doctors doing SRS or vaginal reconstruction.

Everything about this seems wrong and contrary to science. For lack of a better term, fishy. Not to mention the two studies are all preformed by Indian doctors. IDK but I don't trust it.

On another note, the Reddit user I dub Spongebob Squarecrotch is now posting his own mangled bits to r/neovaginadisasters. Link for the brave.

Shockingly, he's a raging narcissist.
Why not Groinberg?

He's pretty young. Many years ahead of him to regret this, particularly once the genderspecial trend dies off and his freakshow crotch is old hat.
He could potentially get the wound closed and get the same kind of cosmetic and hormonal treatments they do for testicular cancer survivors, so his blatant anime fetish surgery may have actually been a less dumb idea than standard SRS. 🤔

I've often wondered if they could close general GRS. The closest thing I can think of to GRS that naturally occurs is a pressure ulcer, which can be almost impossible to heal once it reach's stage 4. The problem with pressure ulcers is they occur on people who are bed bound, and they inevitably will need to be rolled to the side with the ulcer or else potentially develop ulcers elsewhere. GRS is just an open cavity though, and I don't see what major complications could occur from reopening the wound besides the ones they face already such as infection, or fistula development.

He posts borderline gore shock imagery. The response, rather than disgust and projectile vomiting, is:

By the way, is it just me or is Reddit impossible to navigate like a normal website? Comments are nested in each other and hide their parent comment if you try to look, and clicking anywhere just brings you to some random other part of the Reddit for no reason. It's like a cave man designed it.

I recommend using only old.reddit.com (on mobile, RedReader). No promises about the new layout.

Nesting is honestly the more classic/legacy form of viewing discussion threads, this descending from things like Usenet or mailing lists / listserv. All you have to do is click "context" or "parent" to travel up.

I hope he gets a life threatening infection. That's what he deserves for abusing mother nature like that.

I'm going to contact the press and send them Heidi Wittenberg's surgical offers.
I'm going to expose this surgeon for the abuser she is and I'm going to expose the trans community for the delusional monsters they are.
I take it no one's ever told you not to t0uch the poop.

I’m curious about why more f the MTFs don’t buy a good, lace front wig. I know it can’t change their male body structure, but it would be a game changer for hiding their male hairline and making it look like they know something about styling hair. After you’ve spent $100K+ on surgeries, $1K - $2K doesn’t seem like a lot of money. Maybe some of them have a perverse need to be accepted as a woman, including those very male traits?

The purpose of the post was to show how the blanchard typology wasn't correct. Ofc you do benefit more from transitioning if you have autogynephilia.

This study clearly shows you are wrong, it's that simple.

Stop being r3tarded.

Vintologi, you're a fucking moron. What are you doing with your life? I can just picture you hunched over your screen in the dark, absent-mindedly fondling your HRT-induced mooblets. Do you fully comprehend what you are doing to yourself and how it's such an obvious display of untreated mental disorders?

Whatever you think of Blanchard's typology, you fit into it perfectly.

The majority of them have even less understanding of female grooming and beauty techniques than your average straight guy, that's why. That's also why you can usually tell the difference between HSTS and AGPs by checking if they shape their eyebrows.

It's metaplasia. Same thing that's responsible for Barrett's esophagus where repeated injury from stomach acid due to GERD causes your esophageal tissue to turn into something similar to small intestinal tissue. That's probably the most well-known example. The process of metaplasia isn't really well-understood though.

I don't see any cytology reports from peritoneal pull-through surgery performed on men, so I don't know what the outcome of that is actually like. Actually the patient was lost to follow-up in the only surgical report I see, so...great.
