Anyway, that's a legit document you can file without a lawyer.
You can type it out yourself based on a description (the old way) or you can download a PDF that you just type into to fill in, I believe it can also be filed with the registrar directly online, then he gets a hearing date.

When he has it assigned to a hearing, they will give him the judge's name.

Donald must attend the hearing, and must agree to sign. Good luck with that.

I did listen to a few of the phone calls Donald made to the Langley RCMP and my goodness, Donald should not be making those calls, they probably consider this a two-way nuisance now.

I think donald is a valuable asset in regards to exposing yaniv, and he needs all the encouragement he could get. He obviously isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty and taking real action. I think he will go farther then most independent journalists in this regard.

He's a Maxime Bernier supporter - of the PPC. That's an anti-immigration hard-right conservative party with no chance in hell of winning.

Bernier is a special kind of idiot. Years ago, when he was a member of the plain-Jane conservatives, he dated a biker-bitch, and left TS government files at her fuck-abode. They apparently were recovered before she could read them, but you know, she was affiliated with Hells Angels... He got the book thrown at him so hard, he resigned and questioned his own suitability in politics.

Then he comes back and starts his own party, "The People's Party of Canada" and, yeah, so much for second-guessing his career in politics. His party has white-nationalists/supremacists in its midst and Donald supports all of it.

So add all that, plus Donald's tendency to be verbally pugilistic and ranty to law enforcement (see his phone call videos), whether due to his disability or not, and he'd probably be a disaster in front of a judge. I'm sure Jon thinks he can take on Donald.

Well this is interesting, A subscription service to write legal sounding bullshit for 24,95 a month. That sounds like a service tailor made for a maniac pedophiler that likes to harass people. On a very shallow level I can imagine that is very effective.

I know what it is now. I spoke to a few lawyers, and from what they told me, you're actually interacting with a law clerk most of the time.
They do everything by phone so it doesn't look like they're stiffing some clients for billable hours.

There's a catch though, the text isn't actually legalese. They can't quote any acts or any legislation for this work - only write a letter in plain language. If the letter had come as the result of a judge being involved, the appropriate act would have been referenced or even quoted.

Then the clerk passes the letter to the junior lawyer to be signed and off it goes.

Bill collectors often have a person on staff to write these types of letters. Sometimes the bill collectors even adopt law firm-style names.

Nothing in those letters is enforceable and it's not even considered "being served" ... Hence why it includes a discount referral to a real litigation lawyer if the client wants to go further. The junior lawyer that signs the document isn't allowed to take on the case.

Some of these law firms actually use a room or suite down the hall from their main office to do all of this.

It's an interesting question, to be honest. I guess if you can't stop behaving in a way that drives everyone around you crazy your only option is to take them all to court. Or beat them up.

I could see Yaniv murdering someone if he gets labeled a vexatious litigant. His need for control of other people's opinion of him is so strong and his ability to exert that control is so limited. And you can see when people start asking him questions like Donald or Menzies from Rebel Media he panics and becomes violent very quickly.

He's somewhat defanged by not being able to drive a car or carry a taser or cane, but I'm not sure that's sufficient.

Voltaire observed that “Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities”. I reckon that gets it wrong. It's more like if you need to make people believe absurdities - like the idea that a fat man in his Mum's dress is a teenage girl going through menarche - then you're likely to have to resort to force in the end.

And Yaniv clearly really needs people to believe that.

The only way Yaniv gets to play the brave, stunning heroine is by constantly manufacturing a bunch of villains. He goes out of his way to make enemies and then cries that he is being persecuted.

There's an old Polish proverb which is horribly anti-semitic, but I think it applies to Jon. Not because he is Jewish but because while that proverb may be inaccurate when applied to Jews, it works really well when applied to narcs/troons (of either the Jewish or gentile persuasion):
