No they can't. What are they going to do, call Twitter and ask for his account to be blocked?

If he has a restraining order, it would be highly unusual for someone who is one-line trolling Jon. However, he may have something against him that prevents him from calling or coming into physical contact with Jon.

  • The spot for a case number in the upper right is blank.
  • The slot for the judge's name is presently blank.
  • The date on the document is 2019-10-15 which presently two days in the future for Vancouver locals.
  • The is no signature block or text at the bottom indicating that this order has been approved by the judge/court and is ready for entry into the court's document system.

Ninja'd as I composed this, but I was about to ask the same thing. Anyone could easily type up a similar document in 5 minutes or less of free time, and we already know Yaniv loves to make empty threats over the internet or perform other acts of legal intimidation.
 
Of course it's not an official document. JY learned long ago that most people will shy away from anything that looks official and legal and might get them 'in trouble.' Therefore it's his go-to response when something he dosen't like happens: if he can't actually sue or take someone to the BCHRT, then he'll grab some boilerplate legal nonsense, wave it in his detractors face and REEEEEEEEEEEEEE as loud as possible so as to hopefully intimidate said party into bowing out.

But now his bluff has been called too many times, and everyone knows a bluff is all it is.
 
I was getting kinda bored with this show, but the addition of human meatwad in this season brought me back. Nothing like a good tard fight.

This is a draft of the order he would like to get from the court. Not unusual that a lawyer would draft orders ahead of time to give to the court, it has no meaning whatsoever until signed by a judge. It's less than nothing. In fact we could all make our own draft orders against jy, prize for the most creative? Notice though it says he is representing himself and intends to go to court on Oct 15. Bc supreme court publishes daily court schedule each morning, someone can check the list on Tuesday to see if he is on it. https://www.bccourts.ca/supreme_court/hearing_list/

I don't think those that have discussed it here are gullible. So far, we've pointed out what makes this document appear to be anything but authoritative and credible.

A fair number of social media users, on the other hand, tend to have a hive mind and few independent thoughts of their own. If they want to believe this is a real document and legitimate court order, that's on them, especially if they're in the "believe all troons" camp.

For someone whose IQ is in the lowest percentile I’d be more careful throwing around insults - they only serve to make you look more witless. I guess stupid is as stupid does.

Case in point - he keeps @ RMCP in his twitter tantrums but their bio clearly says they’ll do nothing....

Assuming that he downloaded this form and just cut and pasted it into a word processor and hacked it up, what law is he breaching?

Actually Donald could just call the cops and see if the form Yaniv posted is legit. If not and he's breaking a law for lying about it, maybe they will haul him off to ze arctic logging camps.

I see the battle against Yaniv to be a bit like the battle between those guys in the boat and the shark in 'Jaws'. Donald has managed to attach a barrel to Yaniv's back. Enough barrels and he won't be able to submerge.

Anyway, that's a legit document you can file without a lawyer.
You can type it out yourself based on a description (the old way) or you can download a PDF that you just type into to fill in, I believe it can also be filed with the registrar directly online, then he gets a hearing date.

When he has it assigned to a hearing, they will give him the judge's name.

Donald must attend the hearing, and must agree to sign. Good luck with that.

EDIT: Holy Crap this Donald character has something like three different types of Dyslexia. "Inappropriate Lingage..."
Is he institutionalized? The background of his video looks like a room in a special home for people who are wards of the province.
