Emphasis on supposed to be, yes. It's an extremely boring version of the 'what if we take things we say happen to us minorities and flip them to the majority? Isn't that a hoot?' idea.Was this supposed to be funny and clever?
The only interesting part is the 'some famous cis people' list, because it's just a very weird list (people in Brighton, presumably the British Brighton, first thought of Guy Fieri? Really? And why is the French list so different if the strip was created by them?), and a couple of the people on it are people troons hate (JK Rowling, Scarlett Johansson).
Also, a similar list of famous troons would be much shorter, much less recognisable, and likely entirely headcanon 'that man wore a dress, he's secretly trans!' bullshit.
