Holy shit... Mike predicted that The Force itself is going to be destroyed in this movie.... and I have a feeling that he's right.

LMFAO... the Ewok Death Cult worshipping the charred corpse of the Emperor is the funniest part of of this prediction video.
 
Galaxy's Edge is still empty, trouble is that Disney's apparently been trying to make promo videos via drones but there's not enough crowds in the park to showcase how well its doing. Its just one PR blunder after the next. To make matters worse, all the stores are now fucking empty aside from the occasional window shoppers. Only places with any activity are the restaurants. Meanwhile the Falcon ride's waiting time is alternating between 30 to 15 minutes, and the ride itself only lasts 7 minutes at most (5 if you fuck up constantly). Also they're out of most of the OT plushies in the toy store.

So even the Hacks are acknowledging the time travel spoiler bs we were discussing in the thread. Just goes to show this shit shouldn't be taken lightly. The damn Disney EU has been doing everything in its power to talk about the glory of time travel or show all the ways it can be made possible, having been doing it as soon as they could since they began their retcon of the franchise in 2014. Also @Flexo you really need to catch up.

Its weird because the last piece Ewok-centered media in the 80s-90s Ewok era made a story about Logray the ewok shaman getting evicted from his tribe for his corruption and trying to turn the Ewoks into a violent death cult. What would be weird is Disney actually referencing this which I doubt.

Mike is definitely right about one thing: There's nowhere to go moving forward in the Star Wars universe, so they have to go backward. This is also why I think he's right when he says that Luke is going to pull a Gandalf and reform his body, and then have a huge fight with The Emperor that will cancel out both sides of The Force, essentially destroying it for several hundred years. So, The Force gets destroyed in the present, and Rey travels back in time (using some sort of artifact) to do... whatever.

Someone in the comments said that Rey is going to travel back in time and become Schmi Skywalker. Wasn't there literally a leaked scene being shot with Rey at the Lars homestead on Tattooine? LOL. I fucking love these comments/speculations. This movie is going to be an epic trash fire.
