Honestly, you always come off as some hardcore Sony fanboy.
Xbox is dead so there's literally just two fucking companies.
I don't know what he's into but he comes off really dumb in this thread with his conspiracy theories and "this company will succeed or fail based on only what I alone think" attitude.

... PC gaming?

I didn't realize that we're still stuck in the console wars.
The only exclusives that PC churns out is Autochess and Awful card games.

One of the reasons why I don't use Gog is because you weep uncontrollably when you see the library of old games. That's what PC gaming used to be.

But now OG Baulder's gate is even coming to consoles and being properly ported instead of the performance stuff that happened with the Dark Alliance ports.

Have you guys heard of Gaiash Ketoji? He was a speed Pokémon artist who made a big name for himself at Serebii. He fucking hated Ash's Snorunt evolving and would pick fights with you only to call you a bully when other person fights back. His dumbest idea was that May's Eevee Egg was a Bonsly. He was truly affirmed in that belief.

But the best moment of all was when he posted a quickly drawn image of Ash and May, and everyone mentioned how bad it looked.

Sent the British autist into a Tizzy. Was funny back in the day.

Chris Chan once retweeted him.

There's already a thread for Pokemon lolcows in the Community Watch subforum. This thread is more for discussion of the games themselves. But since you brought it up, I can't say that I'm surprised that guy was on Serebii. I used to lurk there and it was the most autistic place ever.

More on the "chimp Nessa" controversy, I spotted this (Archive). This guy's a god.

There was also another artist that created another shitstorm on Twitter, and actually got suspended for this one tweet. Only the archive is available.

This is more speculation, but I imagine the pokemon that'll get removed are those with with very niche mechanics associated to them, like Chatot (record audio as their cry), the seasonal deers from Gen 5, the psychic squid that needed the 3DS turned upside down to evolve, and similar pokemon.
The weather pokemon castform is 50/50, either getting, or appearing in an in-game App

When a game released decades earlier on weaker hardware has higher quality animations...

the psychic squid that needed the 3DS turned upside down to evolve

Inkay was already confirmed to come back in the recent Pokemon Direct when they showed off returning Pokemon.

Also both the Switch and its controllers have the gyropscopes needed to make its evolution method still work.

That's a relief.
I'm hoping I'm wrong on the speculation, but it still doesn't fill me with much confidence how fine a removal we'll have. Broadstroke removal of community favourites is the last thing I'd want for this entry.

Unfortunately, it may have to be the case. Ohmori and Masuda stated that the pokemon that will be added will be the ones that best fit the theme of the region. So, there's a topic for disscussion: Which pokemon do you think will best fit the theme for the Galar region?

I wonder if the Galar civilians will say "Bloody" a lot?

(And I am part British so I can make a joke like that)

That's just it though, there's already questionable additions there. Like why is the Bounsweet line there? It's based on a fruit (mangosteen) that not only is strictly tropical but is also notoriously difficult to import to other countries for multiple reasons, so there's no reason Bounsweet and kin should be native to a place as naturally cold as Galar.

If Lapras isn't in it... I'll be disappointed.

I'll agree with that, then again we've also got the Pangoro line, are pandas supposed to be a part of the ecosystem of UK?

But to be fair, we also have pokemon that don't make sense to be in certain generations - Like Hawlucha being in the region that's based off of France. Is masked wrestling big in France?

There's also three DJinn pokemon that are in New York... Oh, and the haunted sarcophagus that's native to New York.

Pangoro is fine since pandas are at least mountain-dwelling animals. Hawlucha's still a bit odd though. I'd say it's because France is adjacent to Spain, but lucha libre is a Mexican sport so, who knows.

Unova however, idk what the hell happened with that region. Cofagrigus I could see being imported from elsewhere to be put in museums before it was discovered they were actually Pokemon. But things like the genies and especially the musketeers look so out of place.

Honestly thinking on it, Unova and Kalos should switch quite a number a things around. The evil teams (grunts running around in knight armor compared to grunts in slick business suits), Unova's constant references to old royalty bloodlines, several Pokemon as already mentioned; it's like GF played their cards too early with Unova as the first non-Japanese region (Orre doesn't count as they didn't make those games) then went to France and went "...Shit, we didn't think this through."

I usually wonder if they would make a Soldier Crab Pokémon
