It's pretty funny seeing someone get so excited over procedural motions.

He's desperate for a win. Any win.

He probably thought he was going to take a victory lap when he hopped on here earlier, and now he's suffering cognitive dissonance over how quickly he was slapped down.

What's more pathetic is him being desperate for a win AND using unverified, early information from here to spin it into a win. At least we were questioning the veracity, even if it came from Nick's discord.

God forbid we, you know, verify our information.

It was only a dispute between Ty and Casey, Funi and Marchi's lawyers had no reason to be there.

They'd be billing their clients for no reason if they did attend, but stranger things have happened.

Shane has trotted out the "co-ordinating their defence" thing before. It will come back to bite at least one of the defendants.

Even if they were coordinating their defenses, it would be a total waste of time and their clients' money for them to show up to a motion's hearing that had nothing to do with their respective clients. Shane clearly has gotten 100% of his law knowledge from movies.

Good god I hope the fucking lawyers for every defendant showed up because that would mean we have three legal teams full of exceptional fucks to laugh at. Please, please Mecha-Jesus, I don't ask you for much but please let Shane be telling the truth just this once.

Or maybe he gets it from... his own polyester consumption-induced insanity. Even most law movies are more procedural and accurate than anything Shane's spouted off. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can read that Erick has nothing but obfuscation and delay tactics to defend RoNica with.

Y'know Shane, instead of bitching about what everyone else does, why don't you sacrifice a few shoe dinners and take your fatass to the court and learn about what you're getting yourself into, instead of parroting shit when you have absolutely no fucking idea what it means.
