Secondly, the Republicans could have just "selected anyone," and they would have won in 2016? No. That is a flat-out falsehood. A big reason as to why Trump won is because he was the ONLY candidate who talked about illegal immigration. A POLICY-BASED reason, Shoe. Trump moved immigration to the forefront of our national dialogue, and it HAS been in the forefront of our national dialogue since 2015 (with no signs of slowing down, which works in Trump's favor for 2020, if I had to put money on it).

If she truly thinks that the likes of Jeb Bush would have defeated Hillary in 2016, just because "The Dems are so nuts that the GOP would have won with anybody!" then she is wrong-o.

I do fully agree that the Democrats need to learn a big lesson. Absolutely. I actually think it's important that they do, because our dialogue NEEDS a legitimately critical voice towards the people holding office (no matter who they are). However, the current policies they are pushing are crazy. Abolish ICE? Open borders? Free college? Significant tax increases? Gun Control? Infanticide? As long as the people in office from the Democrat Party allow these kind of bad policies to be promoted by a majority of their Presidential Candidates, then they're fucked. "Orange Man Bad" has actually devolved into the promotion of insane policy pushes by these candidates.

I think it's flat-out wrong and also disingenuous to say that policy has absolutely nothing to do with American politics right now. June makes it sound like the Democrats are perfect in every way in terms of policy, and it's only because of Trump Derangement Syndrome and Identity Politics that the party is leaving itself in shambles. She couldn't be any more incorrect or ignorant of what's going on.

However, if any of her viewers called her out, she'd pull out the "I'M JUST A COMEDY CHANNEL" and "I'M A GAMERGATE VETERAN" cards ...

To do a 180 she has to have hard stances in the first place. Her stances are "I enjoy being smol waifu to lumberjack man while soyboys and incels hang on my every word. Please pay attention to me" That's been her only consistent views over 10 years on the internet.

I guess that's true, I never paid too much attention to her shit but she was at least trying to pander more to the edgy/trump/anti fem types a few years back. Not an actual stance, but now it's like a pander to the other side.

The cases of women (or men) who actually are prostitutes due to a calling are very rare. Most people do so because they either ran out of options and are desperate or because they're forced. The glorification of prostitution is a very dangerous thing due to everything it involves. I'm not saying that there aren't cases of people who are quite happy with this, but again, there aren't very common.

I guess the main problem is that, like many other things, it gets politicized by feminists: "my body! my choice!", "don't slut-shame me", or "don't judge me!". Most women defending this are often camwhores or egirls who aren't remotely sex workers but are taking the term because they believe it's a statement of freedom. If shoe actually believes is just another job, then she should try it for a couple of months.

Got to disagree at least in places where it is legal, think a good amount of women do it because it can pay well, isn't hard work and they can pick their own working hours however that does not downplay the issues with pimps, human trafficking, or std issues among other issues prostitution can see.

All for legal prostitution but it needs to be regulated and taxed.
