Not sure if you're familiar with the H3H3 lawsuit from a couple years ago but I feel like it makes Phil's argument null and void. They basically played a fellow YouTuber's video while they made fun of him, and uploaded it. The guy sued for copyright infringement but the judge sided with H3H3 and said it was transformative. That is pretty much what Tevin does except that he live streams it. I don't see how that would make a difference.

I just read through their pages. They do bring up a very good point that we also have brought up, but someone at Twitch is protecting him because people have been b& for much less. And again I bring up the case of the partnered Twitch thot that got perma banned for the same joke.

I don't remember how long ago it was, it's been a while now. But when he claimed that Twitch is using him as some sort of guinea pig for some system they're working on. I'm going to use Phil's own words and say there may be a snippet of truth in that. So while there's no doubt a protection bubble around him, we can't really say how or why it's there.

If you are one of hte people who want him banned from twitch, here is your big chance. I guarantee every SJW Twitch staff member reads this site religiously. If he is determined to be a transphobic bigot by resetera and it gets enough attention, the person protecting him might face enough internal pressure to stop from their peers.
I have long said his anti-sjw stuff is the onyl thing that will get him banned and this is the closest i think he has been since his last ban to taking one.

BTW, if you post on resetera make sure you mention he deletes his VODS to prevent being caught doing anything against TOS

Didn't know about that. I would guess they use him for seeing how to deal with trolls? But if so, they're doing a piss poor job of it. I think new mods are looking away, as I remember this amazing Tweet back in State of Decay 2 days, one of my fave Tweets.

I will admit when I first noticed DSP I was very annoyed that he keeps getting away with it and like others wanted to see him punished. But after spending some time watching Tevin and reading up on DSP lore, it's like some soap opera for me. I just like to sit back and laugh. I don't want him gone, but a little slap would be funny because he seems to be flying high thinking he's on a redemption run.

This behind the scenes stress happened before his stupid joke, and iirc he said it has something to do with his great plan of telling people he owes money to, to fuck off.

Doubtful. He needs tips more than ever because of the behind the scenes problems. Unless he is paying Twitch protection money, it doesn't seem like this is the secret problem.

who was that guy people were saying was taking a blind eye to twitch-thots and such filming twitchcon.
perhaps phil is bribing him and the guy is jacking up prices. but this is all tin foil hat and should be taken with a heavy grain of salt

From the rumors on the web, Hassan does accept bribes to help people ban evade. However he only accepts nude photos from twitch thots. I don't think he's interested in DSP nudes, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

Eh, it's false bravado imo. he's trying so hard to grasp at the straws of "see im not toxic anymore guise! come check out my stream and see for yourself!(andhopefullydonate)" that he will try to manipulate the slightest possible positive situation to his benefit. Everyone knows the internet was, and will continue, mocking him. He's seething with rage on the inside, anytime he tries his DSPositive shtick is when hes at his most volatile, imo.
