As far as the internet is concerned he is either the shitty lets player or "that guy" and it is hard near impossible to change that. Phil the person could improve. If he is forced to leave the loveseat, get a real job, and reenter society it may do him some good. If he kept streaming while working, something plenty of people do, remembering what human interaction is supposed to be like could nudge the streams closer to the chill fun vibe he has deluded himself into thinking he already has.I don't think any consultant could repair Phil's image. I can only see it being possible by him quitting streaming, or at least taking a significant break. He can turn into the greatest guy, and laugh at himself, but we'll know he's doing it for money and he has way too much e-begging to recover from.
More likely it would just increase his bitterness from going from the top, in his mind anyway, to (insert entry level position here.) Judging by his track record his job performance wasn't anything great and adding 10 years of solitary can't do you any favors. If he would still stream he couldn't help but bitch about coworkers and employers which some autist would clip and email in a heartbeat.
