I can't understand how people were sincerely concerned that that was ever going to be the case. Even with Feige's "She's gonna be the strongest guis!" shit, that people legitimately thought they were going to have her Jesus her way into the end chapter of a ten year story arc is fucking baffling.

I wonder how many people still believe that was the initial plan "Until they saw how all of us real fans rejected the Larson whore and made them rethink it!".

Look at Carol Danvers from the comics over the past five years. Look at the Captain Marvel movie, for that matter. The main character sucks and she's overpowered.

More importantly, look at Disney's recent track record. The Last Jedi is still dealing with its nuclear fallout, lol.

I'm amazed you are still ranting about people hating your waifu. Get over it. Disney have done stupid crap lately and Bolshevik marketing is a thing you know.
I hope you enjoyed Endgame though.

"lmao i told you guys they weren't doing what you were afraid of"

"FUCK YOU YOU'RE AUTISTIC AND MAD!"

I have been shown who is the boss.

She shouldn't have been in the movie at all, so the fact that they did something stupid makes people think they might double down on it. Endgame should've been about the heroes who were affected by the snap. Danvers had no personal stake in the fight. She didn't watch her friends die. But they didn't have any other film they could stuff her in, and they wanted to make Captain Marvel a "must-see", so there you go.

My boss is a corporate dicklicking stooge?
And I was just saying that while I have gotten over it you still keep ranting about those wretched incels hating on poor Brie Larson. You seem to have a serious crush on her lol.

So from these two films we've lost
Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Vision, Loki.

For sure the Fantastic Four & X Men are coming in the next few years. No doubt.
Also Post-GotG Gamora. She’s still around, but an alternative timeline version that never went through the two movies.

I watched it at the cinema and for the first time in my entire life I actually fell asleep. Unbelievably boring and Brie Larson has one of the most slappable faces in history

I wanted to slap this dumb cunt when she talked to Spider-Man in Endgame.

"Have something for me? >:J"

Bitch the only thing I have for you is the back of my hand. What a fucking charisma vacuum.

So some Reddit user had to make an entire thread asking an obvious question: Why is there such vile Brie Larson Hate despite Captain Marvel and Endgame being a huge success?"

Like duh.. the mindless MCU fanbase was always gonna eat her mediocre movie up and other movies have faced "controversy" and were still successful. But I guess being that blunt will result in you being downvoted.

Why are these people saying "it's because she's a female lead superhero" when there's Wonder Woman?

I shouldn't have expected more from them.

Lol ironically Wonder Woman also faced controversy too. It was banned in several Arab countries and Gal Gadot faced her fair share of backlash for being a Zionist/serving in the Israeli army.

But low and behold one comment I remembered reading mentioning this got downvoted.

I've seen some older clips of Brie Larson when she was promoting Room. As I've stated before, she is amazing in that movie, no question.

Look at her interviews pre-Oscar vs post-Oscar. The Oscar went to her head really, really fast. In her pre-awards interviews, she does come across as a lot more likable, believe it or not. She also comes across as incredibly more mature, articulate, and soft-spoken in those older interviews, too.

For example, check out this 2015 interview. Her part of the interview is the first five minutes:

It's a huge difference from her obnoxious personality these days. It also doesn't help that Captain Marvel isn't a well-rounded or well-written character. I'm told that I should relate to her, because of female representation. However, I can't relate to her in any way.

You know who I can relate to in these MCU movies? Tony Stark. I'm no genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist superhero ... But I can relate to wanting to fix my mistakes, and I can absolutely relate to having the fear of losing loved ones. Those are very human feelings, after all.

Hey Disney and Marvel Studios: I can relate to your rich, white, straight MALE character far better than I can the "strong wamen" character. Good job!
