him and mumkey I think are neutral acquaintances with dick so Nick probably knows full well what he is going into
plus the bigger risk is for mumkey since he snuck his way back onto youtube and now if he talks about it with Rekita he might be fucked though youtube might of stopped giving a shit about the guy at this point.

Apparently Nick is suspended on Twitter again. Was watching ThatUmbrellaGuy's stream (linked below) and he talked about it. He says someone reported an obvious joke tweet from 2017, so he's going to fight it.

NPC is as NPC does. I have to wonder if, a lot of the time they do it in an attempt to just wear down the other side of the conversation. If someone walks away frustrated they take it as a win. If someone gets so pissed off that they take a swing at them, they get bonus victim points so they go out of their way to be smarmy and smug about it; the advanced technique is to toss in insults.

So Vic is a closeted gay Christian "cult leader" that indoctrinates children and hates Jews and other gays aswell as sexually harasses literally hundreds of women and abuses convention staff (PULL claims whilst he was drunk) and is also probably a pedophile
they are just trying to rake up more and more names to throw at him hoping SOMETHING sticks or has some sort of proof against him at this point.
They think that somewhere down the line he HAD to have fucked up once where they can use it against him. They want ANYTHING at this point, it doesn't even have to be proof of sexual assault anymore.
Not only that but they are desperately trying to get Nick on tweets from 2017 hoping getting banned from twitter will silence him

Of Monica Rial, Jamie Marchi, Ron Toye, they've all gone silent, at least in regards to Vic. There might be a few innocent tweets here and there about other things, but nothing to do with Vic (or Nick, I guess). Not sure on Hanleia, Jessie Pridemore, and Marzgul.

Shane's the only one interacting with Nick still. My working theory is that he was simply not important enough to serve, which means he not only failed at the things he wanted, but even at the things he wouldn't want.

They probably only sent letters to people they not only intend to sue, but also to ask for exemplary damages against. If someone is a discovery target but not a defendant, they wouldn't necessarily want to scare them off from continuing to spew potentially useful information.
