I legitimately enjoy Herman Cain, I used to listen to his radio program and liked it when he'd substitute for Neal Boortz (whom I also liked - he had Angry Radio Grandpa as a high art form). The fact that he bounced back from stage 4 intestinal cancer, has led multiple successful business ventures, came up in Atlanta during the height of desegregation tension (his story about he and his brother drinking from a white's only fountain in Grant's department store will charm your damn socks off)...I liked his tax plan, and his campaign ads were hilarious (look for the one where he's dressed like a cowboy, and being threatened by a wraith: I'm not making this shit up).
I guess now he's going to be working at the Federal Reserve? Good. I'll miss hearing him speak and all but I'm glad he's got a gig where he can effect some policy.
