Who was it that killed “He who must not be named”? (Seriously I haven’t read the books or watched the movies)
He killed himself. To avoid capture at the end of the Second Wizarding War, he and Bellatrix both drank poison together, after they'd first tested it on his pet german adder, Nagini.

He was killed by a rebounding death spell he tried to cast on Harry. The Wand that Voldemort used to would only truly obey its master - its master was whoever defeated the previous master in a duel, which Harry had done. Voldemort had simply killed Harry when he'd come to surrender and took the wand, so there was no duel, the Wand didn't consider Voldemort its master, and refused to turn on its master, and so it redirected the death spell onto Voldemort.
